I got the worst of 2 worlds then. I don't fit in with the rest, and i can't do shit about it.

It's much much harder to sue people here than in the U.S. I doubt i could even find a lawyer that would want to handle this case, and I sure as hell can't afford one either.

They hide behind the "we thought it was good" rhetoric. Kind of like when you catch a kid with his hand in the cookie-jar and he says he didn't know it was off limits. Using their own ignorance to exempt themselves from any type of responsibility. Fuck this planet when you can't even trust you own goddamn parents.

Oh, what i would give just to know how an intact one feels...

Nope. I was on my own.

They probably thought everything was OK after the second surgery, but then, if you never ask you can make whatever assumptions you want.

I remember how my penis looked ridiculously small after the procedure, much smaller than it was before. When i started to have erections i could literally feel the skin being stretched out, and it felt like it was about to tear itself apart.

My dad is from a country in West-Africa where it is custom to circumcise both males and females. It's a social standard there, kind of a rite of passage into adulthood. I don't know how they reasoned when they took away as much skin as they did, I'm guessing they took the easy way out.

They didn't cut off enough of the foreskin the first time, and then they cut off too much the second time. Since circumcision is so rare here, the doctors have almost no experience of it at all.

I don't think i can sue them, it's been 18 years since it happened. Can't get a hold of any of the people who were responsible for this. The legal time limit has probably expired. The justice system is really stiff here, it's hard to throw law-suits for these types of incidents.

I got phimosis (NSFW) after the first surgery. Couldn't retract my forskin, it was a challenge just to take a piss. I was in better shape arriving to the hospital than leaving it, really.

I lost my left ear in a shopping cart accident. But then I noticed my lack of left ear protected me from evil spirits and country music. I will cut off the left ear of all my children because I know what's best for them, and because I want them to look like their dad. On a serious note though, I totally agree with you.

But they knew that the circumcision had failed, and yet they never spoke to me about it. That is very irresponsible parenting if you ask me. I was just 7 years old, they should've recognized that i needed comfort but they left me out in the cold, topic was probably too hard for them to talk about. Irresponsible parenting.

I look at it and in my mind i think it's extremely disfigured. I know i wasn't born this way. Sex and masturbation are somewhat of a chore sometimes. I get aroused and i enjoy sex but i don't feel that much, it's like i want to ejaculate just to get rid of the erection. EDIT: see it as having sex with 4 thick condoms on, you'd have to concentrate really hard.

The hair-line followed when the skin stretched so the first few hairs are just half an inch away from the glans. Looks funny. I don't know what sex is supposed to feel like, i just know my sex-drive is extremely low, like twice a week with my gf... I talked to my parents, they told me they "did what they thought was best for me". I can almost buy that excuse but what i CAN'T buy is the fact that they never spoke to me about it. Even though they knew i was going through pain. It feels like they a…

Doesn't that say a lot about circumcision in general? No one wants it, so we have to force it on people before they can defend themselves. Great fucking idea.

It's like they blame the guy for not fighting back, and for not reporting it earlier. Would have been a completely different story had a woman said the same thing about her childhood...

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
