Who showed interest first?

I'm saying like damn... I'm not even that bad looking....I don't think. Well girls have shown interest when I was younger but I took less care of myself and was oblivious. Now at 22 I never notice any signals like previous ones I learned to identify. It's wack...

I never noticed interest ever. However in the past a fairly attractive acquaintance smiled and poked my face so maybe I'm just oblivious.
/r/seduction02/09/23 02:50 AM

What if hes not shy/anxious but just mostly oblivious to social cues. So ADHD for example.

Felt as a 22 black male. I'm invisible lol.

I don't think I fit any womens type honestly. Or maybe I do but it's more once in a blue moon someone seems attracted to me.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 12:37 AM

Relate heavy to that good girl bit, I knew one and she was really sweet but her view of herself was so fucked that she self sabotaged and then was so unaware of that she believed that as proof that I didn't actually like her or whatever. Then she proceeded to date someone abusive.

Brutal but yeah if dudes got women will wanna take care of him.

Crazy isn't lol. We have truly failed as a society.

Technically though if you make an attractive women you're an attractive man since that would be your looks match. All those filters do is add hair and face polishing a bit. So I think you should give yourself a little more credit. Unfortunately in society it seems even if a man or woman is on the same looks level the man is going to be rated lower.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/23 10:27 PM

What about him as he is? I always thought if you make an attractive women then you're technically an attractive man if it's a simple face filter adding hair and stuff.

Can confirm also 22

I get attention from neither so tuff. I still remember being told to lower my standards and tried my luck with a not so attractive girl whom I thought was pretty funny and interesting. She rejected me and said she didn't like the car I drove ....then lost her virginity to someone who drove the same car as me Dude was a little taller than me tho so I guess I shoulda saw that coming. Needless to say that (and being rejected by many women before her) was a reality check for me that this might not b…

I am 22 now but my highschool girlfriend did tell me I was too nice to her. She was full of insecurities and I used to do my absolute best to be good to her and show her love. Instead I noticed she would become increasingly toxic toward me and getting slick with her tongue. At one point she even said she "does shit on purpose to see how I'll react" On one hand part of me wanted to curse her out but the other side of me was conflicted because I realized due to her upbringing she's probably just h…

The most frustrating part is that people like that are so good at it that they literally cannot explain it because they just have it naturally. It's like people that are really good at (insert random skill) but can't explain why they're so good because they've been doing it for years.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/03/23 04:06 AM

So basically too much and it's weird and icky and too little and you're too "unconfident" inexperienced. God...
/r/PurplePillDebate29/03/23 03:58 AM
2

Rip I was describing myself lol. Talking to women on a platonic level is easy but knowing how to flirt is hard honestly. Best I can do is tell her she's cute after some conversation and directly say im interested since I have no idea how other men do it smoothly...so I'm usually let down easy afterward.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/23 07:11 PM
3

Awkwardness probably and inability to generate interest from women due to it. Inability to flirt as and unsure of how to escalate. Bonus points if average nerdy introvert who could make decent conversation but doesn't usually initiate.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/23 06:50 PM

How did you both meet?
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/23 04:25 AM

If they do know they're not only baffled but tend to assume theres just something wrong with the guy personality wise.

Damn
/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/23 09:53 AM

Exactly lol they don't get this
/r/PurplePillDebate13/02/23 05:20 AM

I struggle with this so much. It's so exhausting to think about when or how to do this let alone meeting a girl you feel comfortable doing these things with.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/12/22 07:20 AM

Been told this too lol, How does one even gain sex appeal.

Would you say you're average or below average?

Word. Thanks for the detailed response bro.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/11/22 12:09 AM

Yeah man like, When you finally figured it out. Like how did you change your approach vs your "I can't get girls" stage. How did you conduct your body language, what methods would you use to flirt, ect ect.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/11/22 09:55 PM
2

Think this also plays a part in why an emotionally healthy man may have trouble finding an emotionally healthy woman.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/11/22 09:49 PM
1

How did you change your interactions with women in that early phase?
/r/PurplePillDebate09/11/22 09:48 PM
6

100% Fair but as a young guy its a world crushing realization that the chances of meeting some nice girl down to do cute shit like eat pizza and chill on the couch or star gaze or some shit are null. Most women my age seem to be so ready to jump to the next guy. Alot of excuses, leading on and other bullshit I had to learn to catch onto and just cut it off because you realize "Oh no this one's just playing games too lol" Either that and you and said girl you may or may not have known for awhile …
/r/seduction19/10/22 01:27 AM

So be a bit of a self absorbed ass and be unafraid to be a little suggestive. Got it.
/r/seduction19/10/22 12:52 AM

Great everyone loses. God I don't wanna blame women for everything but this kind of stuff is frustrating.
/r/seduction19/10/22 12:28 AM

Yeah sounds about right. I remember my ex girlfriend saying our relationship was stale when in reality it was total peace. Naturally she found a more chaotic man to date and complain about.
/r/seduction01/10/22 07:29 AM

God that is so lame. So the chances of being a healthy dude finding a healthy women that is comfortable with a healthy "boring' relationship is slim.

Why tho...that's so messed up.

Ikr? Empathetic gender my ass.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/22 06:33 PM

Almost makes me dislike being a "good dude." I can only stomach so many "your so sweet" remarks. It sucks that it's apart of me, even if I try go adopt a more abrasive style they still tell me I'm a "great guy but." This is coming from women who were obviously attracted physically too so I know it's not my looks. I can only conclude women absolutely need a roller coaster of emotion to stay interested in you. It's exhausting to me unfortunately.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/22 06:30 PM
1

I have no problem conversating with women but getting over the anxiety of touching them messes with me. Mainly because I'm afraid they'll suddenly be put off and because people don't touch me, I'm touch starved so when I do get touched it's uncomfortable and I don't want to make another person uncomfortable. It's projection but it blocks me so badly. Unfortunately this most likely just makes women think I'm uninterested so they bail.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/22 06:15 PM

That poor man
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/22 05:54 PM
3

See I knew I wasn't tripping. But when I say this and how women's logic follows this usually ppl wanna shut me down lol. Like we're just gonna deny this? 0 accountability fr.
/r/seduction11/08/22 06:03 AM
1

That's a lucky man, I'm 21 and I can only dream of having a girl to play games with. Honestly though I'd rather her play the games I've already played while I watch tbh.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/22 02:50 AM

A pretty, "boring" feminine woman is hard to find.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/06/22 07:04 AM
2

Damn that kind of sucks but at the same time makes sense and considering the type of chick's out here like hood dudes which I'm not. On top of that the women here emulate such a masculine attitude that's extremely unattractive to me. I'd like to meet a black women that's more feminine tbh but they're so few in Atlanta. Looks like I'll have to move elsewhere when I get my life together lol.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/05/22 07:01 PM
1

I'm black and I live in Atlanta. None of the women out here dig me lol. To be fair though I'm not the stereotypical black dude that's prominent around here so maybe that's why.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/05/22 06:45 PM
2

Literally what the fuck...and I thought Women couldn't get anymore confusing than they already are.
/r/seduction07/05/22 07:50 AM
1

Yeah those types usually do, meanwhile they look down on someone who's actually into them because the concept is so foreign.
/r/seduction07/05/22 07:45 AM
2

So would you say this observation has sworn you off from dating? I'd you were to date what would your ideal man be?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/22 09:19 PM
1

Empathy and women definitely don't belong in the same sentence. Which is amazing due to the fact that throughout adolescence and media they've been depicted as "The empathetic gender" lol. You open up to women and you're no longer a man to her.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/04/22 05:41 AM
1

Good lord that is so stupid. Literally not much is different but because he lacks a couple of social points he's "unworthy". Lol
/r/PurplePillDebate13/04/22 05:33 AM
2

Wow if that's the case then she's a real miserable asshole.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/04/22 09:59 AM

Tell me your secrets...
/r/PurplePillDebate22/03/22 07:26 AM

True but finding a woman that will let a men express himself and doesn't dry up for good seems impossible. But perhaps I just live in a bad area lol.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/03/22 06:34 PM
1

That sucks if women your own age don't want you though. I'm 21 atm and girls my age never notice me lol.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/03/22 04:38 AM
4

Ye you'll be hard pressed to find a cheerful feminine kind of girl or a guy that's masculine/confident without being a douche
/r/PurplePillDebate13/03/22 05:30 PM
1

Exactly..
/r/PurplePillDebate13/03/22 05:19 PM

In my experience most women are emotionally unavailable and shame for being in touch with mine which make me want to be alot colder going forward. I am 21 btw
/r/PurplePillDebate13/03/22 05:19 PM

What makes me you dislike him ?
/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/22 08:01 AM

I personally do these things already
/r/PurplePillDebate12/02/22 10:09 PM
2

Well yeah I agree these types of questions are definitely necessary to ask oneself and not even for the sole purpose of attracting anyone but just to be a productive and functional human in general. Anyone who doesn't do that is a bit of a lost cause to me because at that point the biggest obstacle is yourself. Introspection is a must. However one can tackle each these questions and still be left in the dark specifically with how most women perceive them. Not the most important thing in life sur…

Jesus Christ only 15? I'm actually only 21 rn but I couldn't imagine the pain, confusion and hopelessness felt by that child. Brutal.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/02/22 04:42 PM
2

See this is exactly what I mean lol.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/02/22 04:37 PM
1

I should add a TLDR but I'm lazy tbh....and yeah it's mostly about me and my personal observations which led to me basically asking if I'm alone in these experiences. I personally like my looks but lost due mixed feedback from women. I know I'm not horrible looking, hell once in a blue moon I'll be considered hot but then not even much long later some other women could say I'm ugly which causes me to step to the mirror and ask "ugly where?" But then am I average or a little better than that?
/r/PurplePillDebate11/02/22 04:35 PM
3

Lol
/r/PurplePillDebate11/02/22 04:25 PM
19

Oh right I totally forgot about that. Alot of average women don't even want average men.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/02/22 04:22 PM
1

Damn I think I like this answer the most. Its brutal but the absolute state we are truly in.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/02/22 04:14 PM
1

Thats so confusing...
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/22 03:21 AM
1

This seems to be most logical answer. As a guy who isnt really interested in being an asshole but was used in the past I'm doing my best to avoid those kinds of tricks from women as well as not change myself and become bitter. However I do believe I can benefit from being less simpy toward women. How you present is very important. I don't believe I should chase anymore at all.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/01/22 10:50 PM
2

Fr bruh, it always be the ones that don't appreciate what they have that do them like that too..shame
/r/PurplePillDebate25/11/21 08:45 AM
2

What...? Good lord. I know I'm young but the more I hear about behavior like this the less women make sense to me. Really? A nerd?
/r/PurplePillDebate14/11/21 04:54 PM
You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
