If you set your sights on being a better you 24/7, you will become stronger. I think it's vital for people to always look back at them selves ( 1 week, month, year, etc) and judge how much they have grown; and if they have not, find out why

Lmao, I would probably say the same thing but slightly word it differently, for example, some would give an example as, sexual harassment could be a women feeling uncomfortable because an over confident dude tries to talk to her. Imo,the term "sexually harassed" does not carry the same weight it once did, so many see simple uncomfortable interactions with the opposite gender as sexual harassment. Define harassed? A lot of females on the internet can see harassment as simply looking at them weirdly, or even not treating them with respect. If that's harassment then were all harassed
