What’s your point? Do you act like this? Do people you around act like this? People who go around hitting others won’t earn any respect.

So it would be ok for anyone to punch and hit you, as long as it’s as soft/hard as a woman can hit... I’d love to hear someone say this shit in person.

Thanks so much. I will NOT give up for their sake. I grew up without my dad being around all the time. Up unto high school, maybe see him a weekend every month (he was traveling). I know how much a father figure is necessary! I will do my best to update this post... or am I supposed To make a new one? I'll figure it out.

Now we are under a temporary agreement that has a parenting plan where I see the kids ever other weekend and a couple nights for dinner each week. I'm less worried about her showing up and causing a ruckus since I'm in a pretty secure condominium ( I like knowing my children and family is as safe as possible) and she wouldn't be able to get in. He reason I don't have equal time with them now is because she wouldn't agree to it. I have a pretty good position: I'm an upstanding citizen. Honest, ne…

I'm not going to fight for the right to equal time with my children on the cheap, since I can afford it. Thank you for the suggestion, because not everyone is as fortunate to have the means.

Her Parents. Nothing else. Everything else in where we live: Friends, school, community, etc.

Wow, I didn't know that. I've been a lurker here but a silent supporter. After I get the custody of my kids, I plan on working on educating myself more. Thank you.

Your last suggestion was exactly what I offered to try to understand her motive. She turned it down flat. If she gets Primary custody, I honestly think that within a couple years, she will try to move to Florida. I discussed this with legal and I understand the options. I have a really great lawyer. Great reputation in the metro city I live in and her accolades are impressive. The lawyer we are up against? A criminal defense lawyer who has run up a supposed $15k legal bill for her doing absolute…

Attorney was over budget to start with. Was hoping for a quick resolution, just to be drug along. This isn't something I am taking lightly. The future and well-being of my children isn't something you cheap out on. Especially a thing like this. Thank you too, for lending an ear.

The (male) mediator was court appointed by the county and did an ok job listening and understanding that I want nothing more than equal time with my kids. After some discussion and putting things together, i realized that the mediator's personal opinion is that the children should reside in one primary house. That said, he did try very hard to get her to budge. The problem is that the mother was completely unwilling to accept that I have a right to spend equal time with my kids. Just because I h…

This is the kind of shit that terrifies me... Blanket-default ruling without looking at the real people of the case.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
