If there is a group of people genuinely disturbing the peace, it is understandable to be upset. With that said, this person is specifically referring to "men" as if women or children laughing excessively wouldn't be the same offense. We are human beings. When a group of people does something that upsets you, it's not necessarily because they are "men" and that all men are the problem. It's a group of individuals, a group of human beings causing a problem. I wish people didn't so easily demonize …
