Just a favorite of mine. Shut everything out and center yourself. Kind of like a prayer closet type thing. Pray or meditate do whatever you have to do. Find your zen. It helps me. I may do it a few times a day if I feel like it.

I just quit a job working for JBS pork packing plant. Omg it was like working in a sweat shop. Straight slavery. I worked for Cargil before and it was so much better. The difference was night and day. The chain speed was so fast now its inane. People having carpal tunnel and injuries all over. I said fuck that.
