This will clear up a lot of low tier posting. I would also like to suggest Stoicism, specifically Marcus Arelius' Meditations. Read that shit. Read it again and again. Better yet, listen to the audio book. Half an hour every day. This short book, along with internalizing AWALT, got me through the anger phase. The Enchiridion is pretty good, too.

I still can't believe that a chick like Amy fucking Schumer has gotten the attention she has gotten. Now to me, Amy isn't hideous. I'd bang her ONCE if I was on a dry spell. And even then she'd have to be the only one there during last call. It boggles my mind how everyone covets over her for being "honest" aka a slut. The same goes for Lena Dunham.

I see what you're saying. I think that stems from the fact that Beige isn't as angry as Black Phillip, so they can spend some time telling jokes. I still think every episode has at least a couple gems. The best thing is that Dante repeats himself a lot which helps internalize all these concepts.

I disagree here. While the Beige Phillip show isn't as focused as the Black Phillip (isn't it ironic that they have the same initials as blue pill? lol), it still has invaluable information. Not only that, but Dante's show got me passed the anger phase. One of the Beige Phillip rules is that you can't get angry at women for the things that they do. You cannot get mad at a fish for swimming. If she cheats on you, then it's your fault for not being the best man possible. If she's constantly shit t…

This! The emphasis on the club/bar scene most guys have is ridiculous. I think taking a night time college class will definitely force men interact with women without the aid of alcohol. However, you have to actually enjoy what they're teaching and make an effort to learn. If you're just there to fuck around and flirt, people will know and you'll be ostracized.

I think he fluctuates between blue and red. He comes from working class Boston, where men take shit from anyone...but are still married and have kids because it's the "right thing to do." Ol' Billy Freckle Face probably bought into the peer pressure of "When are you going to make an honest woman out of her?" Bill must have some serious self esteem issues because his SMV is WAY higher than Nia's. He should be banging college aged gender studies sluts. From what he's said on his podcast, he doesn'…

The same happens in the Dominican Republic. The moment a boy starts showing signs of puberty, the older men in the family start pushing them to have sex. One of my cousins lost his virginity to a 35 year old woman when he was 13. Although the wealthier the family, the less likely stuff like this happens.

If you can, try swimming. Running is brutal on your knees after a while. With swimming you can get good cardio, and some relief for your back.

I get what you're saying and I agree... To a certain extent. Very few blue pill men are able to look past the thirst and look at the big picture. Getting laid clears the cobwebs. Anyways, good on you OP. Now focus on yourself.

It's funny, I'm into metal as well. I gave up trying to have things in common with women. Just because you're both into the same obscure thrash metal band doesn't mean she'll fuck you. Atleast you had the dignity to walk away. Wish I had that back then.

Thank you. I've read a lot your comments; you know your stuff.

You are absolutely right. Attraction is always important, but these Spanish women will always go for money and status over looks. Shit, I've seen enough times in the women in my family but always thought they were "Behind the times." Little did I know...

Relax man, this all happened years before I found the red pill. I'm way past the anger phase and know where I fucked up. And yea man, daaaamn.

Maybe we should force betas to read this. Hold their eyelids open like in a clockwork orange, lol.

I'm not mad at her anymore. I do feel for the Cuban though, when the inevitable divorce happens, she will leave him broke as a joke. I remember her telling me that he didn't want to have kids with her, but with a suggarote mother. A bunch of fucked up diseases run in her family and he doesn't want his kids dealing with that.

Thank you. That's one of my plans, actually. That, and teaching myself how to code.

I've listened to that time ho bit. I've listened to most of the black Philip show. I'm now slowly working my way through beige Phillip. Remember, this happened years ago. I've been lurking on TRP for a while now.

My condolences? It was not my intention.

Exactly. When I read all the divorce rape stories and guys trapped in terrible relationships, I quietly thank Dee. Did she manipulate and use me as a male plate? Of course. But if I had not gone through that with her I probably would've fallen for a more devious woman that would've trapped me. And as thirsty as I was back then, I would've blindly listened to any woman that gave me the light of day. Thanks to this experience (and TRP) , this shit will never happen to me again.

I was overweight before I met her, not after. You and everyone in this thread are right. I invested way too much into this girl. Lesson learned the hard way.

You're right. The reason I mentioned the money is because she was infatuated with material things. My knee jerk reaction was "Hey money =girls!" I obeyed everything and being thirsty as hell didn't help matters either.

The most disgusting part of all of this is that most husbands will play along and do all the chores for a lazy blow job. During my anger phase shit like this pissed me off. Now I just feel pity for the men that think this is normal cause "Happy wife, happy life." Also, look at how excited they all are about this little "game." Literally like children.

This is the most viable option for a red pill man. No need to deal with the uncertainty of a woman's emotion and you still get to raise a child. Or of you don't care about passing down your genes, adoption.

I know I will be down voted for this, but if women cheating is the result of hypergamy and the man not being the best man he can be, then shouldn't we as men forgive the woman for cheating on us? Ostensibly, this sounds extremely blue, but hear me out. If a man stops working out or his finances start slacking due to complacency, and his gf/wife cheats on him, shouldn't the man forgive her? As the post says, she's just acting on her nature. My knee jerk reaction, as well as the reaction of most o…

A lot of the girls (and guys) in college sort of take pride in writing like that outside of their classes. "u not in skool so y do u type like ur in class." Fucking idiots.

Dude, take an improv acting class. It's more than just being funny;it will show you how to build a conversation out very little and sometimes nothing at all. It will also help you lose your fear of being social. The worst that could happen while you're on stage is that audience won't laugh (happens rarely but it happens), but even then everyone respects you because you're on stage acting without a fucking script. Almost every city has a community theater that offers it for free. If they don't, P…

Have you ever been hungry but truly had nothing to eat? Not, "oh I'll get a bite to eat when I get home, " but true third world country, "I don't know when my next meal will be," hungry? Cause let me tell you something, that shit is WAY worse than going through a fucking dry spell. Does lack of sex change men? Of course it does, that's why most of us are in this site. But no way in hell does it equate to being hungry. On a somewhat lighter note, does anyone know if there are any studies/books co…

That is what I've always said about their so-so albums; great on their own, but not so much when it's coming from Metallica.I think all the songs James was writing post black (some might argue post justice), should've been done as a solo project and not with Metallica. Yes, bands evolve but it's jarring when I hear songs like invisible kid and think that it's by the same band that write Jump in the fire (yes I know Mustaine wrote the God damn solo, lol) But then again, out of the big four (five …
