Just had to put my house up and move to an apartment to be able to see my daughter. Glad to have my life back down to a more flexible state though. A lot fewer men have access to sex now. The bottom 80% of men are competing for the bottom 10% of women. I've basically stopped shopping in stores. I get everything off amazon. They're leading in automation, so that means fewer no skill part time jobs for women. I came home drunk to my apartment when i was in college, climbed in bed, nailed my gf and fell asleep, with the dog barking outside the bedroom the whole time. When i woke up i went out to pee, the dog was still barking. That was when it occurred to me i didn't have a dog, and was in my retired neighbors apartment. Just sold my hpuse and moved into an apartment. Unless you can buy the house outright, its a waste of money. Realtor fees and the interest you paid will be more than any increase in value. Basically, buying a house 5 years ago and taking 4 and a half years to pay it off cost me 21k more than if I'd just stayed in an apartment in the first place. Lesson learned.
