We are specifically talking about the Orthodox Church.

Report what? We're not required to conform to your patriarchal cis-het gender norms.

procreation or sin have nothing to do with it. If a priest has an emission of semen or blood, he is ritually unclean. He is not to serve the liturgy in that state.

A man who has an emission of semen is also unclean.

Age doesn’t matter when he’s got your life in his hands. Close the eyes and think of kindergarten.

I’m all for communication as long as it’s civil. Otherwise, I’m going to remove my attention until she calms down. We’ll talk when there can be a meaningful exchange.

I was basing everything off his post. He had told her multiple times that he didn’t like those pants. She knew what she was doing. There’s nothing covert here. History matters. This isn’t a one-off situation. If I had never told her that I didn’t like those pants, then I wouldn’t expect her to know. I would take her on the date and tell her later that I didn’t like those pants. If she asked me why I hadn’t taken her on the date in a civilized manner, I would tell her why. She was not civilized. …

He wanted a date. He told her he didn’t like those pants. She knew what he wanted. Getting angry and arguing would be being bitch.

When she came out wearing those pants, I would’ve ignored them. Said nothing. I would’ve driven to the store, done the shopping, and then driven straight home without mentioning the date. She’s not dressed for the date so I’m not taking her. If she started arguing and complaining, I would just smile and walk away. If I were feeling particularly whimsical, I would pat her on the head before walking away. No anger, no arguing, just consequences. That’s just my natural tendency.

My response to her threat of divorce would be silence. The only person that I’d talk to would be my divorce attorney. I would never argue. Never yell. She’d find out when the papers were served. The only time she would hear from me would be depositions and testimony at court.

The expectation is that a woman will be lead to follow the religion of her husband. Islam forbids Muslim women from marrying men who are not Muslims. It allows Muslim men to marry women who are not Muslims. Walk away with a jaunty air and a song in your heart.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
