Honestly couldn't say. It seems every argument I saw from SJWs so far is they're all racist islamaphobes and it'll be terrifying gloom and doom if they leave. Sure. I'm not saying that Christians are actually right by any means. I'm not saying you were wrong either I was just pointing how it's backwards than what most Christians seem to think it is. Which is usually not important but it's relevant here because Christians that circumcise aren't just wrong on the issue, that's the number one thing they're getting wrong about the old rules. According to their book anyway.

It's not overt it's just organic. You usually can't publicly mistreat a group of people without making them out to be the bad guy. If you mistreat everyone they quickly make you out to be the bad guy instead.

Because that's the only way this system works. If you treated the women the same it wouldn't be long for the ladies also agreed the system is screwed. It's easy to vote in change if we're not fighting with each other. Then the majority of the judges and the lawyers go the way of the dodo bird as a more reasonable system is put in place. So it's no wonder judges rule the way they do. Their paycheck depends on it.

There's never any reason to jail someone for support or charge them back pay either. When you get laid off you're not a criminal that deserves jail time and high penalty interest. You're just laid off. When they go back to work the court can then just garnish their wages again.

It will be applied unfairly like domestic violence laws eventually. Wife is poor, husband is well off, husband pays up. Wife's new husband is rich, husband is poor, husband pays up and so on. Just do the second option. One or two anyone restrooms. There is no logical reason women deserve their own special room over men and transgender people. And there's no reason to regulate the "others" to a third "special" room. Just treat everyone equal.

Personally I think that's between them. If a married couple can't figure out how to divide up their own housework then may FSM have mercy on their souls. There's two people that aren't good for nothing. But go into divorce court and ask for a maid to "maintain the same standard of living" you had before. Then you'll see what she thinks her housework was worth. Nada. She won't think she's deprived you of anything by leaving and neither will the judge.

I actually partially agree with you if it was only about abortion. However, after birth women still have adoption and safe haven laws. That allows at least two other methods of parental surrender for the mother other than just abortion. In many circumstances they don't require the father's consent either. While it may never be perfectly equal men should probably have at least one option available since women have multiple. That is if you're actually trying to closer to equality anyway.
