Granted, some suppression of women and them not being allowed in a good number of fields for a long time plays into that Realistically, before the world was modernized and generally safe (through the efforts of men mostly), which fields that were traditionally performed by men would women be able to perform at the same level or higher than the men who actually performed it? Outside of anything intellectual.

But it's stupid to think one side would go extinct because they are somehow inferior to the other. Both men and women would go extinct together. One doesn't survive without the other, but the idiot in this post never considered that

Women can hold shovels, and guns, and hammers... Get them in there How? Are you suggesting that the reason women aren't doing the shitty, manual labor jobs is because men are stopping them from getting into those jobs? Or is it their personal choice to not do those jobs? If that's the case (which it is), how do you suggest we get women "in there"? All you're doing is throwing out empty platitudes in order to sound virtuous. You have no logic, no plan, no actual action behind anything you say. It…

Women do different, but equal work. What the fuck does this even mean? Who determines and how do they determine two different types of work are equal to each other? This is just an empty platitude. Today a man works 40 hours in a week. The woman does EXACTLY THE SAME 40 hours, and she gets 80% of that pay. Bullshit. You know this is bullshit, and being a disingenuous man hater; or you don't know this is bullshit, and are insanely ignorant. Either way, bullshit. You should be ashamed of your di…

That extremely stupid man who fought a wild animal was the sole reason women back then could eat. Who else would go out there and fight a Wholly Mammoth with a sharp stick but the stupid men who existed? Why didn't the supremely intelligent women come up with a on-stupid way to slay wild animals for themselves to eat? And we needed the extremely stupid man to eat poisonous berries, so the extremely (but less) stupid men after him can recognize which berries not to each, and record that informati…

“You other men who I feel I’m more valuable than, entitled to boss around and demand to attack a man who did nothing but defend himself, attack him and endanger your own safety because he dared defend himself against a woman!” That second crazy chick

It’s telling that she doesn’t have an issue with spouses not sleeping next to each other, or even expresses a desire to NOT fight with him, or even deny that she starts all the fights… She only has an issue because something that’s been done for decades and is overall bad is happening to her. Dude needs to leave that marriage, ASAP, with that house and as much money as possible.

How long until a community that supports “maximizing male benefit” gets banned after it’s created?

Then by this logic, their push would screw over the WNBA so they have almost no media hype and are trying to still get equal pay compared to the NBA

Once I realized as a man that no one cares, the world doesn’t owe you understanding, and that no one is coming to save you did everything start to get better and I becoming more capable and successful. Not having a crutch and expecting people to care about your sob story forces men to either become capable and do something with their lives, or learn to become content with being a loser. An easy choice when it’s boiled down to that.

I never said you did call them slaves, and that you said it was bad to take care of your parents. I was responding to the actual person who said it, when you decided to arrive and put your two cents in.

Your gender was irrelevant, so you’re wrong in assuming that I thought you were a woman and basing my response on that. If anything, as a man, I would expect you to know more about men than a woman would. And understand how much effort and time endless hookups would require, even for the best of men. Comparing “pumping and dumping” to winning the lottery with the idea that everyone would want both makes no sense. Sex with an actual human being that requires feelings/interaction/chemistry and hav…

I mean… that’s how the world worked since the Dawn of time. Children took care of their parents in their old age. Calling them “slaves” suggest that when those children grew up that they didn’t do that out of their own free will or even familial obligation. I highly doubt people are having kids specifically for THAT reason; it’s more of a caveat that comes with having children. What child who had loving parents would think it’s “slavery” to take care of their parents when they’re old?

Ask older women who were married to a man worthy of submission what “submission means”. Your grandmothers and great grandmothers who married men worthy of submitting to. You’ll get a better idea of what it means and what they got out of it than asking people in online Internet forums who already have a negative idea of submission and men as a whole.

I love how in this sub, you can find one example of a negative stereotype being fulfilled by a member of your opposing side and run to make a post about how it confirms everything you already thought about them.

It makes more sense, but doesn’t change how ridiculous your view of men are. Define “a lot”. What percentage of men do you think are just looking to “pump and dump”? By extension, there are “a lot” of women on hook up apps too, and I would imagine they have a lot more success with that than men are. What does that say about them, and the men they are hooking up with? And the idea that men say “I want a girlfriend” in order to get “guaranteed” sex is laughable, given that you already established …

Modern dating hasn’t caught up to the rapid advancements women have made in the West. And men haven’t (and may not for a long time) caught up either. I believe men are stuck in an equilibrium of women rising above them in terms of earning and education, while still being expected to adhere to the traditional rituals of mating and courtship and their long held roles as “men”. Many guys don’t know what the hell to do. Imagine being expected to court (seeking out/wooing/planning and financing dates…

Put in some work… for what exactly? You have to consider from the “have nots” POV what they stand to gain from putting in effort to reach a woman’s increasingly high expectations. A lot of people here never actually talked to the men they discuss on forums, and see what they want out of life and what their outlook is. You place negative descriptions on them with a laundry list of their faults, then assume their positions without ever learning how they got there and why they stay there.

“I believe that the majority of men would like to pump and dump women” What an absolutely positive outlook on the male gender. How could you possibly have developed such a nuanced and rational view of such a large number of people? And what could anyone possibly say to change your view (if you actually want it to be changed) on this?

Don’t act like women don’t complain with bitterness and envy when men DO make all of these decision you laid out. Anyone could make a post titled “Women would make the exact same decisions they shame men for” and make the same points you’re making now. Hypergamy is fair game for both genders, and both genders complain that the other one is doing it.

You took an example from one place and decided that determines how men as a whole act and their protective nature of women? Amazing.
