In the eyes of the prosecution she didn't lie. The prosecution believes her and thinks she didn't lie (Or they are corrupt and knew she lied but wanted to work this case anyway). Insurance companies don't care how likely you are to crash per mile you drive, they care about the likelihood of crashes over the year. With men driving more than women, it increases their crashes over a year compared to women. It's common sense that if one customer will crash more, regardless of the quantity of miles driven, they need to charge that customer higher premiums.

It's difficult to make a stance without more information. If the person genuinely suffers from gender dysphoria then that person deserves to be referred to their preferred gender. They state the following on page 19 Nearly 1 in 5 women and 1 in 71 men in the U.S. have been raped at some time Yet 1,270,000 women were victims of rape and 1,267,000 men were victims of made to penetrate. The data they collected for rape wasn't statistically viable due to the low numbers, so they don't show this data. Their definition of rape excludes made to penetrate. That's why made to penetrate is separated into its own definition.

That 1 in 3 and 1 in 6 statistic is misleading. The CDC study which came up with that expanded the definition of rape to include many more people. One example is a sexual encounter counted as rape if you had drunk alcohol. While I agree, being black out drunk and unable to consent is rape, having a bit of alcohol does not make it rape. This counted up to a 3rd if their total rape statistics.

The number of women which have had severe violence against them with a partner was 3,163,000, for men it was 2,266,000 in the last 12 months (Obviously 12 months since the report). It is more prone to infection and it can be harder to clean. Can we just teach kids to wash correctly.
