3	Discovering I was on the blue pill for years fcuking such. Drop the dating apps first. Those are literal poison to the mind. Women will come to you in the future, and you won’t even want them at that point, don’t go to them. Start by drinking less if at all (like one or two beers a week at most with friends). 2	Why Guys Struggle Getting Quality Girls. Those goal-orientated males are usually too busy to be dating.
