| 0 | Insane weekend on my 1 year anniversary.I usually confirm any date by delaying it by a few minutes. This has been pretty effective in reducing flakes. If the date was at 6 I would say something like this: Hey HB8, I've been slammed with work today and I need to stay few extra minutes. See you at 6:15. Girls definitely still flake on me, but MUCH less now that I use this little trick: Delay every date by a few minutes on the day of the date - maybe around noon or something. Never say shit like "Are we still on for tonight?". If your date is at 6:30 - tell her you're running behind and you'll see her at 6:40. It's key that you just state it, instead of asking if it's ok.
