3	Something I noticed looking for roommates I'd really prefer not to- but if push comes to shove, it is a bit of a hard dilemma. Plenty of unreliable/alcoholic in denial/just plain underemployed men looking for roommates as well, so the men often aren't much better- and that extra money could be early retirement money/business startup money/airplane ticket to move to Thailand if I get laid off money.
