My best guess is that the easier the life, the more prone to anxiety you are. I've had a pretty easy life, not gonna lie, and the smoother shit goes, the more anxious I get. But when I have actual real problems, there's this calm, and my life as a whole becomes much more bearable. Like, if you don't have anything important to actually worry about, you worry about stupid shit. At least that's how it feels for me.
