Yeah that's true. I've had several little crushes and I recall exaggerating everything about them. "Oh, she's a journalism major? She must be well-informed." "Oh, she's a social worker? She must be very caring and empathetic." You can do that with anything. It's silly to think what I thought in hindsight because I don't share many of the similaries with my ex and we're really good friends! We just have lots of that chemistry so even though I might have a crush on a girl that has many similar per…

Me too. It bums me out because logically, my mind is telling me that there are millions of girls in the world so the one I like isn't special, but my heart is saying that we have really similar perspectives on life and that we really do connect. I gotta watch the video over and over to internalize it because a part of me still feels like Julien doesn't understand the connection I have with a certain girl ;)

I ask because there's a girl that I really would want to date but don't have oneitis for. She is in college and is working a shit ton too so I know she's genuinely busy because before that, she did even ask me out for something and I never did anything that would turn her off. I pretty much have played it off like this where I haven't shown anger if she rejected the invite so she's comfortable. I saw her on the bus the other day and she definitely was happy to see me. I got two IOIs (changed sea…

How often do you think playful persistence should be? I guess it's like once every 2-4 weeks? Cuz if your playful persistence is like 2 times a week, then that's just annoying.

I read this somewhere on /r/seduction. When it comes to mystery, what makes a girl think you are mysterious is not the idea that you're hiding things from her but that you are doing so many things in your life. So get that adventurous life and when she hears you drop things like how you're learning to cook, taking salsa classes, volunteering at a hospice, etc that she'll think "Wow, I wonder what else this guy does." If you just keep everything hidden, they won't be impressed.

So you're saying that the girl would be totally fine with you both chatting up just for a bit knowing that sex is the only reason you guys both chat? Not to make it sound bad because there's nothing wrong with both parties wanting to have sex, but is that basically like having an escort for free? It's not like you fuck an escort immediately; you usually go do something to chat briefly about random stuff and then seduce each other and then find a place to get laid. Is this basically the idea? How…

Great analogy! I thought I knew but I personally need to figure out what I want more. I've had one serious relationship so I only bought one car and was happy with it since I essentially got the car for free (exclusive monogamous relationship came naturally) and now that I sold the car, I only saw how fun it is to drive cars and so I now saw two options: buy another car (another serious relationship) or have 3 leased cars (3 friends with benefits because it's hard to have lets say 20 friends wit…

Yeah I think I found the answer to the question thanks to you and AntiTypicalRedditor's responses, and you can read what I wrote to him too. What do you think about what I wrote? Did I hit the nail on the head?

When I said the thing about the sweets, it was figurative. It was supposed to represent how by having so many sexual partners, you might not have the time to spend with each one other than just purely getting laid. I guess I think I do know what I want after reading this. I personally can't see myself banging a chick on my bed if I don't have some mental connection. What makes sex great (to me) goes beyond the physical. With great chemistry, you're able to joke around and be yourself, have an ea…

Yeah I agree that it's all about whether it works in the end, but I just feel that success would be less likely with this approach. It ignores things happening naturally and letting there be an aura of mystery. Instead, it's some guy that just shows that they want to get in your pants and girls don't want that. They want the guy to at least pretend that they are interested in her thoughts and things beyond a simple lay, right? Then again, what do I know hahaha

I can't help but think that guys like David Wygant are much better than guys like this. David is able to create a great rapport that gets the girl interested and they are able to have a sort of spark in that conversation, which is really important to prevent getting flakes. I wonder how many people even call him back? If some guy started talking to you in the street, wouldn't you be more likely to call back if he not only was confident and direct, but also someone who spoke about something that …

Oh fuck that reminds me of another story. There was a time she was on her period so I literally thought "Okay we won't be doing it" but still would kiss and do all that. Then one time she was on top of me, grinding a bit, and I said to her in a seductive tone, "Too bad we can't have sex right now, because I really want to Fuck you right now" while grabbing her ass and her body close to mine. One thing led to another and we had some pretty good sex after that. Perhaps the best way is to do what y…

Oh hmm okay hahaha if you're Brad Pitt and she invites you over, there's no way she'll deny sex if he plays his cards right. Unless, she's an ultra conservative girl or something. How many women are these kinds of girls, do you think? I know a friend who tried getting with a girl junior year in college but she wouldn't put out. Then again, I could see him pushing it a bit and not being smooth like the people on this page that would've been able to get those panties off haha

Are freeze outs necessary? What if when she says no, you just stick with making out, kissing her neck, touching only the areas she's okay with you touching, etc? It's funny actually that one time when I first was getting touchy with my ex and slid my hand to her ass, she playfully slapped it and I smiled and said "What was my hand doing going over there" in a very playful way. So we kept kissing and touching everywhere except that area and a few minutes later, she grabs my hand and puts it on he…

So what you're saying is that if she is turned on but says no if I try to take off her bra, and then I just go on my phone to read stuff on Twitter and pretend that absolutely nothing happened (but also act as if I'm completely okay with it because having a bad attitude would completely blow this up), that she would then come back to me and want to fuck? Wouldn't she wonder why I just stopped after she said that, thus making it seem like you're only interested in sex? Thought that comes up is "W…

I'm a decent dancer but can dance like no one is watching. I don't have a wingman and I think I need to be better at talking to different groups and just interacting. I think that is the problem; I may go to the club, but I have to be playful with other people. I have to move around instead of just keep doing the same thing and hoping for a change. Thanks!

Hmm this is some good stuff to consider actually. I'll keep this in mind too :) it's all about building upon tools and I think even though the venue wasn't the best, I could have done better with approaching and whatnot. So thank you for writing all that!

This is a great reply :) perhaps it does have to do with being in the middle of Glasglo in San Diego. It did seem yesterday that many of these chicks are going to just for "ladies' night" or with some of their friends. I guess logistically speaking, most of them are in either of those 2 categories and the ones that aren't are very hard to find. I don't know...let's hear from the others! I'm very interested in what you guys have to say! Edit: clarify some things

I think I'm giving the vibe of one of those guys that is trying too hard to dance. However I don't get how being less into it would help because I would then look like those losers who are pretending to dance but ultimately are doing it to try and slowly get close to the women. I just got back and I'm starting to really hate clubs when it comes to actually meeting women.

I'm definitely going to be doing that too. I just think that it's much harder to do this in a nightclub, so it's that "If you can make it here, you can make it anywhere" kind of idea.

Hmm what percentage of the time do you think PUA are telling people to meet with ladies on the dance floor? They never specifically mention it, so I always got the impression that it was mostly dance floor material and some involved quieter areas like the bar or lounge.

Hahaha I went to a club called Mightys in San Francisco last weekend and it was great. Awesome music and completely opposite than the club I went to yesterday. In fact, I would've stood out if I grinded on another woman's ass lol so I did get to practice dancing and having fun
/r/seduction19/08/12 12:56 AM

Hmmm this makes sense. So perhaps by me dancing for fun and just enjoying myself, this is the key to get them very comfortable with me if I were to slowly gravitate towards their vicinity on the dance floor? I notice that many guys seem to hover over the ladies, like vultures waiting to eat their prey (someone here was right about me liking analogies) and the girls aways walk away. So maybe that's proof the 3 second rule doesn't work. So maybe by me dancing a lot on the dance floor and looking a…

There were some quiet places, and I should've tried to go to those areas. I was practicing more my "dance floor game", if there is such a thing. Today, I'm going to try and actually practice talking to people around the dance floor since it seems like the dance floor game is just one of the many ways to approach.

I suppose I can continue to try and make eye contact. It just seems like the crowd didn't really welcome eye contact in any way, but yeah your suggestions do sound great.
/r/seduction19/08/12 12:47 AM

This happened in downtown San Diego. The club was called Stingaree. Also, the 3 second rule is more or less the idea that when you see a person you're interested in, you act. Don't think about it; just act. This prevents overanalyzing and make it look like you are spontaneous and fun.
/r/seduction19/08/12 12:46 AM

Oh cool! :) Did my approaches prove I'm different at a nightclub? How do I go about that, if not? Let's say for instance that you were in the same place as where I was last night. Obviously me creeping up behind you is a no-no, so that leaves out that option (right?) lol so here's what I'm left with, assuming you're dancing with your friend: I'm dancing, enjoying the music and when I see you guys, I slowly gravitate towards your area and try to form a sort of triangle between us where we are all…

That is a pretty good idea. It's not always about going into clubs and something like what you said would be great too, and much easier because no one thinks about going to these when they are trying to meet women. They just think "clubs". Amirite? haha

Doesn't #1 break the "3 second rule"? I also looked around while dancing to see if anyone was looking at me but this was not the case. Many of the girls are looking down because looking automatically says (at least in that venue) "Hey. Grind yourself against my ass." SEDDIT! Actually now that I think about it, a girl kept telling me that I looked like I was hot in what I was wearing and I didn't understand why. I thought for a sec it was a shit test because I was completely comfortable with it a…

That is a pretty good suggestion. This community encourages actually meeting people outside the dance floor, although I thought that making eye contact and showing that I am having fun was enough. However, that's not the only way and if what I was doing wasn't working for me, I should've gone to some of the quieter places to hang out and perhaps talk to people.

Oh so these venues are actually bad for pickup, huh? I wrote a comment above on the idea. Do you agree? I guess these clubs are designed for you to have fun with your friends and not necessarily meet new people because they have their shields up high (either because they just came with their friends or they want to just dance by themselves)? When /r/seduction is talking about going to the clubs, is it talking about clubs like these? Cuz so far the recommendations for eye contact and whatnot didn…

I saw girls that just came as 2, and when a guy tried dancing with them and then using their outdoor voice, they got shot down so hard. Reminds me of a magnet where the guy and the girl are the same polarity: when one gets close, the other moves in the same way. Did the guys get shot down because they have no game or do the girls just not want to be touched? How am I supposed to stand out from everyone else when these AFCs are giving me a bad name? I swear, these guys are fucking creepy. Some st…

That does seem like a good idea; I haven't tried that yet. I actually left the place regretting that I didn't hang out in the other vicinities and just talk to people. My goal that night was to just be able to make eye contact, smile when they return the response, and try talking to random people. However, because of what I had described, it seems like the club was working completely against me. I'm wondering whether I should go to the same venue and apply different techniques or whether I shoul…

Is this relevant? "Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid." -Albert Einstein So basically it's not like I was just really bad at applying what I've learned, but the club itself will work completely against me? Correct me if I'm wrong :) Hypothetically speaking, could a PUA succeed in this venue? If so, what could they do? I guess on a scale of 1-10 (1 being effortless and 10 being impossible), me succ…

One time in college I had actually had the balls to talk to a girl at a bus just for fun; it was natural. I walked in, saw she was reading a book and asked her what she was reading and whatever. Next time I saw her was at a bus stop and we were talking too and got along pretty well. Right before she walked into the apartment, she said "Maybe I'll see you around again!" and I said "Yeah!" and right when I realized I could've asked for a number, I knew it would've been awkward but then thought "No…

I read somewhere on this subreddit that it'd be good to say "I'm gonna go hang out with some friends but we should definitely hang out sometime" and she says "Okay yeah" and then you say "How can we make that happen?" and then she should give you her number. That is if you already know she's comfortable with giving it to you.

I would think if she looked unimpressed, I would've said "Not a Star Wars fan huh? That's pretty lame." and if she still is looking at you like you're weird, just say "Don't worry, I'll give you a pass" but don't bother with her because apparently she isn't into you. It's all about being true to yourself and stuff like what I just said will come by natural. You saying "Sorry, I...blah blah" already makes you look weak since you now have to try to appeal to her. Let it seem like you're the cool o…
