0	Just saw this in another sub. The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation is donating $50 million to fund the circumcision of 650,000 African men. They are being misled into believing that it will reduce their chances of getting HIV by a significant degree when really it only reduces the chances of getting it by a very small percentage (if the study that found this correlation can even be trusted). PIV sex has a very small risk of transmission anyway. I am glad my parents did choose for me to get it done while I was still a baby, otherwise I would be faced with a difficult choice as to whether to get it done now that I am fully grown, aware of the operation and know of pain. It most certainly wasn't "minimal", you cannot fully anesthetize a baby like you can an adult. Of course doctors will continue to approve of it, they can make a few hundred dollars from a procedure that takes only a few minutes. I'm not sure why you care about the appearance of your son's penis, maybe you like to pull it out and admire it occasionally when no one is around and get your rocks off (why else would its attractiveness matter one whit to you?).
