The title says “the vast majority of men’s dating struggles”, but then you go on to explain that you are only talking about a small subset of men. And it looks like you didn’t name that subject because you already know it’s against sub rules.

If someone dies in an accidental electrical fire, I feel no empathy. I only feel empathy if it was an arson, because then it was a crime with a perpetrator. And crimes with perpetrators are the only things I can feel empathy about.

I think it would have made more sense and been simpler to compare the economic system to the dating system. Because that’s what the op was talking about. And both of those systems can be changed.

You openly acknowledge that the men have to try hard to possibly get sex. The women do not. Because the life of the men requires trying very hard at that thing, it is demonstrably harder than the lives of the women who do not have to try hard. It’s pretty obvious and simple. If the hardness of a life is measured by how hard the person has to work to get things, you already recognize that men must expend more energy to get what women get easily. And beyond sex, society is way more kind to and wil…

This sub is for people to debate about their dating strategies and approach to the opposite sex. It’s not for aliens who need the concept of love and companionship explained to them. Your existence on earth should have exposed you to many dedicated partners, and you should have an innate understanding of why people form permanent relationships.

Wtf are you talking about? I didn’t say that I seek any answers.

The joke is that all of young women’s social media pictures are heavily filtered. I don’t know who the comic is either, but I am racistly assuming that it is a Korean woman.

People reading this joke probably think “incel humor” until they get to the name, then they think “what a brave woman”

Women don’t aspire to have power. They aspire to benefit from an association with a man who has power. Whereas men dream of becoming brave knights and strong kings; women wish to become fair maidens and beautiful princesses. Not Queens, that’s too much responsibility and not enough fun.

Yes we do. Here’s one random one that I just quickly googled https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2865952/

You need to read a study before you believe that sex is different than masturbation?

If you are actually unique, you don’t have to go out of your way to portray yourself as being unique

About your first two points, you are wrong. The brain does care. Sex and masturbation have different effects on your mind and body. You can’t teach our physiology to not need intimacy. Maybe the “pleasure centers” respond similarly to both sex and masturbation. But we are more than just our “pleasure centers”.

I believe that for the vast majority of human history we were half naked cave dwellers who regularly engaged in orgies.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
