2	How Do You Keep Yourself On Your Desired Path [ important question that's why i posted here instead of asktrp ] Everyone on here commenting that discipline is better than motivation is absolutely right. You know what I think is better? Both. I call the combination of motivation and discipline "determination." As another user said, set small goals to keep the highs coming; create a positive "addiction" that urges you toward your goals.
