It causes so much. When I was actively on pills with estrogen in them I constantly had breast tumor issues. Always benign but larger enough for discomfort that I had surgery to remove some at age 22. After coming off bc my period was light but long and my cycle was 35 days when pre bc pills it was standard 28 days. But the real kicker is that it took me nearly 2 years to get pregnant. My dad wasn’t dead but I didn’t know him but had a stepdad that I fought with constantly while my mom worked overnights.
