We can be a lot to each other but I’m thinking about it and maybe you’re right maybe I need to be strengthens myself before
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/23 04:07 PM

Is wanting intimacy and companionship really a bad thing? Yes you should not make it your sole desire but wanting it it’s natural. Not everyone feels strengthened alone
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/23 04:02 PM
1

Well of course all of that is very important a man should have all of those things, he should be prioritizing his mind and mental health
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/23 04:00 PM

You’re right and men should not be obsessed with finding someone… if they are they probably need to work on some things internally But see the longer you go without a partner the more you begin to feel desperate
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/23 03:58 PM

Being exceptional takes time and hard work you need to appreciate that
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/23 03:49 PM
1

At age 28 too! Like what is she expecting
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/23 03:48 PM

It’s not possible for all men to be exceptional
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/23 03:42 PM
1

Too bad cause most people in the world are that
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/23 03:41 PM
1

Yet she disdains it
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/23 03:40 PM

It’s OK to want to a partner
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/23 03:38 PM

I do mountain biking
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/23 03:38 PM
1

Because you are saying you deserve an outstanding partner but are you outstanding yourself?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/23 03:37 PM
1

But what do you think of the premise around here that apps expand the dating pool and allow women to be able to choose from hundreds of men?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/23 03:35 PM

Lol
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/23 03:34 PM

Why should an average unremarkable woman think she is better than an average man? You make no sense. At all. What does an average woman offer a very outstanding man that another outstanding woman doesn’t?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/23 03:34 PM

My stepmother told me women are attracted to status a few times
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/23 03:32 PM

This woman commented on here showed me a video of an average guy who has a nice house good job trains his dog and says he’s not enough for “women” he lives a very empty life. But the guy seems average fine to me. I don’t understand what she’s expecting- most people aren’t doing 1000 different things every week. She didn’t even tell me what she brings to the table just he’s not enough for “us”
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/23 11:40 AM

This is a normal guy. I literally don’t see anything wrong with this dude. What the hell do you bring to the table to demand a guy with 1000 things going on in his life who is supposed to entertain you all the time instead of being a mutual support?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/23 11:37 AM

I have to get off this sub it’s rotting my brain
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/23 11:13 AM
4

Even I know this is bullshit
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/23 11:11 AM

You’re an unrepentant misogynist by your own admission why the hell should I listen to you?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/23 11:09 AM

Unremarkable meaning average but still doing things.: I don’t mean it like a loser in every part of life. Most people are unremarkable
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/23 10:45 AM

This is not a sustainable long term solution for men. I could be considered above average by some and I’m saying this- what about most men who aren’t you know outstanding in every category? What about blue collar men?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/23 10:43 AM

Look at men who work blue collar- are they successful to people nowadays? Like really valued and considered. They aren’t credentialed, would they be “incels” in Gen z?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/23 10:33 AM

I have never been a part of a social circle. Well maybe I’ll try this fall but there will always be some guy better
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/23 10:28 AM

You’re writing this like it will multiply into a crisis
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/23 10:27 AM
1

Elaborate?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/23 10:18 AM
-1

Well maybe. I have to see it
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/23 10:12 AM
1

And what are your standards?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/23 10:10 AM
1

How is a woman under 35 a young girl? And you are basically agreeing with the op that average women want a small percentage of men
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/23 10:09 AM
1

Mediocre is a bad thing, no? It’s a call to do better
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/23 10:03 AM
1

How are they mediocre? What makes you think that?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/23 10:01 AM
1

Is this really true?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/23 10:01 AM
-1

Nobody wants joe from Texaco
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/23 10:00 AM
3

But why do you think of 63% men as undesirable losers?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/23 09:58 AM
5

I knew it. I have to be a renowned athlete entrepreneur or influencer
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/23 09:57 AM

I don’t but a lot of people do- I don’t know about your second part lol
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/23 09:30 AM

Bruh there was just a post which days status means everything and I’m not inclined to disagree.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/23 09:29 AM

I’m 23 but it’s not enough when any women can go on apps and have a pool of men to choose from.. also I’m more attracted to older women in their 30s
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/23 09:26 AM
1

Yes I’m not a renowned athlete or entrepreneur I’m not really outstanding so how can I attract a partner?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/23 08:56 AM

I have no outstanding status that a woman could be interested in. I’m a graduate student who has traveled a lot, and likes photography hiking and going biking… I have nothing to make a woman impressed, I’m not a successful influencer entrepreneur or athlete I’m don’t know how to start a business and I’m not even good at team sports… I feel like such a fucking failure
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/23 08:52 AM

Nah
/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/23 05:25 AM

I am below average height.. I have 4 likes. What about you?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/23 05:23 AM

It doesn’t take much to impress you
/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/23 05:23 AM

You realize how pathetic your complaining sounds
/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/23 05:13 AM

Or a lot
/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/23 05:11 AM

Idk. If I’ve never had a woman give me ioi does that mean I’m ugly? I was told I should be a model by a classmate and redditors
/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/23 05:09 AM

Be quiet
/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/23 05:06 AM

Are you really 26?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/23 05:05 AM

Because you’re easy
/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/23 05:04 AM

Well none have showed that interest in me..
/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/23 03:12 AM

Do they really get high libido?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/23 03:05 AM

What makes him a loser?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/23 03:04 AM

I really want to meet an older woman
/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/23 03:03 AM
2

How can I as a young man in good shape get the attention of older women? Prefer them over young women
/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/23 02:19 AM
1

I’m in my early 20s and I wish older women showed interest in me. 😔
/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/23 02:17 AM
2

Older women are more desperate? Is this true? I don’t believe it. Older women have just as many simps as younger women
/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/23 02:17 AM
1

Low value :(
/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/23 01:48 AM
1

Only low value men like I described have to put in more effort
/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/23 01:36 AM
1

We are the same age. I can tell you we have a lot to work on
/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/23 01:34 AM
1

How old are you
/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/23 01:33 AM

Women have to improve too but I think it’s no secret that men are not performing nowadays while women are getting ahead in education and career and success. You won’t get a partner if your a porn addict in mom’s basement.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/23 01:32 AM

Maybe that’s why you have dating trouble
/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/23 01:31 AM
1

I would be thrilled if a n older woman flirted or hit on me- unfortunately even those women don’t express interest in me and I’m fit and 23
/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/23 01:30 AM

Maybe you should develop a plan for your life
/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/23 01:28 AM

Are you honest? Are you strong? Do you have goals in your life?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/23 01:26 AM

Women are right to have their standards. Why aren’t men improving and becoming who women want? That’s the mystery
/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/23 01:25 AM

Women should be more selective with men than they currently are
/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/23 01:25 AM

Pathetic. You should be working doing everything you can to make yourself worthy of women.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/23 01:24 AM

I’m a single man too but I don’t blame women (who are right to be choosy btw) or the system, I work on myself. If women are rejecting us, we are the problem. You need to realize that.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/23 01:22 AM

Why?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/23 01:20 AM

Self improvement is your friend. Dress better. Have fulfilling interests. Get educated
/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/23 01:20 AM

Will someone please rate me?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/23 01:19 AM

Red pill would say improve your life
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/23 02:07 PM

Sometimes
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/23 02:00 PM

Dude I am a short man with a disability so I understand discrimination but I made this post because I want to take responsibility for my life not remain in self pity
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/23 01:49 PM

Feeling sorry for myself gets me nowhere. Taking responsibility for myself does
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/23 01:45 PM

A lot of men including me are chronically single
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/23 01:43 PM

Fine dating and not solely apps
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/23 04:48 AM

Improve yourself. You know how to do that
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/23 04:31 AM
1

You respect women?
/r/AllPillDebate18/07/23 01:24 AM
1

You have a very distorted view of women and I feel sorry for you
/r/AllPillDebate17/07/23 01:18 PM
5

A girl on Reddit told me I am too good looking to be single Yet I’ve never had a gf or any girl express interest in being in a relationship with me
/r/AllPillDebate17/07/23 03:39 AM
1

I simped too hard for a woman and now she is losing interest. It’s over.
/r/AllPillDebate17/07/23 03:30 AM
1

This is what I’m saying
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/23 03:36 AM
1

What do you mean? What causes them to have a hard time?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 09:17 PM
1

Then I’m struggling despite being above average according to some here
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 09:13 PM
1

No I just don’t think most average men are having the insurmountable issues claimed here
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 09:09 PM
1

That’s more what I was getting at
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 09:08 PM

Dude I’m 5’6
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 09:04 PM

One study! On one dating app where less attractive men will likely find partners, not in person
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 09:01 PM

I’m working on my masters in urban planning and I was a politics undergrad. Data science isn’t my strong point
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 09:01 PM

For Gen z 18-26 the percentage is higher
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 08:53 PM

That seems absurdly high even for arguably being representative of a correct trend
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 08:42 PM

Could you elaborate about the standard younger generations of men hold themselves to? I do not know about this.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 08:37 PM

When we talk about average young men struggling you mean average across the west? How can we objectively describe that?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 08:35 PM

Maybe I don’t, but I’m comparing myself to active young men in the schools I attended in California and on social media.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 08:32 PM

Wait so do you have children? And funny, I enjoy fashion and status. It’s not necessarily for women, I just appreciate beauty and luxury.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 08:31 PM
2

His advice for young men is to dress better, get a plan, be honest, and become educated.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 08:30 PM

While it’s possible there are instances of toxic women, what about if it’s more so that men are not stepping up to the plate and falling behind? How have the men you known started to work on their toxic behavior?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 08:28 PM

What do you mean worked 50% less?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 08:24 PM

Guys like Jordan Peterson claim it’s because men aren’t good enough and they aren’t working on themselves
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 08:17 PM

I have a college degree and am pursuing a master, I get out every week and go hiking and biking, I wear nice clothes, and have a social media I actively post to. You’re acting like the average man is a total loser, stop the cap.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 08:16 PM

Besides that study, don’t you think that’s an absurd claim? 60% of men- most men are not good enough for vast majority of women? Like women are holding out for mythical men
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 08:14 PM
1

I’m attracted to most women, even those 10+ years older
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 08:10 PM

The second one is what I’m referring to. Evidence the majority are ?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 08:04 PM
1

Someone can be fine on paper and still struggle I guess
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 08:01 PM
1

I must be in top 15% 😯
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 08:00 PM
1

In less affluent communities poor men and women are pairing up and having families
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 07:59 PM
3

Isn’t that true for most people? You have to compare them to the people or group / cohort they are surrounded by/ competing with? Not the general average.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 07:52 PM
1

It must be quite a Blackpill to realize the average young man is basically a loser with no prospects
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 07:47 PM
1

On my college campus most guys weren’t fat
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 07:45 PM

It would be stupid to claim the vast majority of average men can’t meet womens standards and that’s the issue here
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 07:44 PM

I am. You know I’m being honest- There’s no data beyond my own observations
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 07:41 PM
1

It’s a contentious topic here
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 07:39 PM

Yeah it’s really just common sense to presume that most “average” men are not having horrible dating issues
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 07:35 PM
1

Average at what age? I am 23 and what location?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 07:35 PM
1

Let’s pretend the average American guy doesn’t have hobbies, doesn’t exercise, and didn’t go to school
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 07:34 PM

Well it’s still below average/ its a caricature of an unappealing man
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 07:30 PM
2

The guy you described sounds really unappealing. I must be out of touch then Im telling what I believe to be true based on my observations.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 07:27 PM

Lol I’m just showing the people what they want
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 07:26 PM

18-30 is the age range I think we’re talking about on this sub when we talk about primary demographic of struggling men
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 07:24 PM

Ok what’s a fair idea of average then
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 07:18 PM

Does the average guy struggle in person as much as OLD
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 07:18 PM
1

Ok describe the average man to me. I don’t think being a graduate student with goals and hobbies who gets outside every week is anything special
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 07:17 PM

Admitting you have a problem is the first step to success
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 07:12 PM

Mind telling me how I’m wrong?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 07:10 PM
1

Except for social life (I have a few friends but no circle) that describes me. I consider myself average
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 07:10 PM
1

I am an ambitious graduate student with a few friends, lean build and face, 5’6, dress cleanly and well fitted, interested in photography, hiking, cycling, am well traveled, and have a car. Except for height I would consider myself average
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 07:09 PM

Everyone can guess who a single person is, they’re below average in multiple areas
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 07:05 PM

Are uncoupled men supposed to look a certain way to me?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 07:05 PM

That is an average man. If you think that’s above average that’s just sad.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 07:01 PM
-5

You have bitter attitudes towards women
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 06:56 PM

Why
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 06:53 PM
1

Average men post on Instagram daily
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 06:52 PM
1

Another comment says he has not seen a guy who is single for very long
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 06:51 PM
2

Yep your post made me want to post this. Average men are not struggling
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 06:50 PM

Because for every man whining on R/lonely you can find a dozen more in satisfied relationships on the street and at every cafe and social venue where they have a story about how they found their partner and how many romantic stories they have
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 06:49 PM

So then since long term relationships are what most guys are seeking then there should be no men complaining?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 06:48 PM
1

Practice makes perfect
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 06:38 PM

Why do I see most men outside having a blast with friends and their partners?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 06:36 PM
1

That doesn’t mean it’s fake. Some of these men I see are very popular with the ladies. They have active lives. I personally believe the average man has steady relationships throughout his life, and isn’t too unfulfilled romantically. Frustration is foreign to him
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 06:36 PM
2

How do you know it’s fake?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 06:32 PM

An average man is a man who is decent looking, not fat but not muscular, a college graduate or in college with job prospects, he is ambitious and pays attention to his appearance. He has a social life and fulfilling hobbies. He gets out and is active. A below average one is a guy addicted to porn or drugs, he has no plan for his life, no education, never gets out, is a slob.. he is a chronic gamer, is dependent on family, and has no prospects. He is out of shape
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 06:32 PM

They are average men
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 06:28 PM
1

He is average in looks and is not tall. Look, whenever I go on Instagram I see guys who have these massive social circles going to extravagant parties and events and living it up with tons of women in their photos. There’s whole crews of these guys all out enjoying life and having a blast in their cliques
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 06:27 PM

If you’re in your 20s do you really have a home?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 06:25 PM

No some men just never learned how to be appealing socially
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 06:25 PM

Most people who post the joyous parts of their lives on Instagram on social media are actually very fulfilled in all aspects of their lives including their love lives, as they post about themselves
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 06:24 PM

I have about 5 I talk to pretty consistently though two are female and one is a woman who is also lonely and struggles with men. I relate to her a lot. Except for one in his early 30s all are early to mid 20s. I’m 23 The guys- one struggles to get women though has some initial interest at times- he’s not an incel but struggles- he’s a graduate student from a top uni. One is an older guy who has always been able to pull- he has never had many issues with women- he’s a law student- he’s in his ear…
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 06:20 PM

You’re saying it’s a personality issue and these men are resentful and cynical and don’t know how to be charismatic?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 06:15 PM

I have individual friends no circle currently
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 06:14 PM

We sure as hell bitch about dating online though You don’t know it’s not reality. I’m saying average men with average women are all over social media
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 06:10 PM
1

I understand and i didn’t mean to misrepresent your argument. It’s most likely people will end up paired with people of the same level in multiple areas
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 06:09 PM

Are you a very red pilled woman? Because the guys that users here claim are struggling aren’t the basement dwelling neckbeards.. they say those guys would always struggle and that isn’t who they are referring to I sense, but rather decently attractive guys with ambition, who are educated, and can hold a conversation? Like guys who should be having some success and they are puzzled aren’t
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 06:07 PM

I never hear any guys I know complain about dating. It’s only online. Whenever I go on Instagram I see so many regular guys enjoying life with girlfriends
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 06:01 PM

No tell me. You don’t believe average men are dating average women all the time?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 06:00 PM

But are there really more? Are average men really struggling to any great degree? Or is it men with less desirable traits who would have struggled pre internet
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 05:59 PM

You said the same level
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 05:58 PM

But a lot of average guys are still making out just fine
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 05:58 PM

What age bracket are we talking?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 05:56 PM

And some get into them with people out of their attractiveness level
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 05:53 PM

Is that reliable? When is that data from? Why do you rely on this one study to consistently say that men are struggling much more now? You can observe all the couples on the street and see the majority of men may have rough patches but it’s not an immense struggle like some here claim
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 05:53 PM

I view a struggle as a man who can’t attract any women pretty, average, or less attractive
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 05:51 PM

I didn’t say anything about the women being out of their league
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 05:48 PM

They aren’t. I think you’re misinterpreting that study.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 05:48 PM

My evidence is that average men pair up with average women in the west on a pretty regular basis and have partners. It an observable trend
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 05:46 PM
1

Practicing game?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 05:25 PM

Why would 90% of women reject you for your looks and status if you have as you claimed self improved?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 05:20 PM

I can have it but I’m a bit awkward and nervous at times, even around women who are not conventionally pretty
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 05:19 PM

I’m struggling, maybe I’m below then. Idk. I’m fairly socially competent
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 05:05 PM

Do you think the average man is doing fine ? Most men aren’t struggling
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 05:01 PM
1

Can confirm I am at least average and am struggling
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 05:00 PM
1

Lol you think the internet is making people delusional
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 05:00 PM
1

The barrier to entry is really low
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 04:58 PM
1

What do you mean about Discord and Reddit?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 04:54 PM
1

He said the best strategy guys can have for attracting women is just approaching women en masse in public respectfully and that’s what the “high tier” guys do
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 04:53 PM
2

I am 90th percentile 23 never had a relationship
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 04:52 PM
1

That’s what the poster in the other post on approaching said don’t do
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 04:43 PM

What do you think about cold approaching? Does it work? I was recently on a cruise ship in the Mediterranean and my friend suggested I cold approach the women on board but I didn’t do it because I felt like I’d be bothering them
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 04:28 PM
1

But does cold approach really work? Just spontaneous approach at cafes and such? Don’t you need social proof to consistently pull? Idk online apps seems easiest since it takes courage to approach but what other choice do I have?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 04:27 PM
1

You think attractive men are meeting women by cold approaching? I literally have never witnessed a cold approach. Maybe a few times in years. Men aren’t meeting lots of women through spontaneous approach, especially outside social venues. I’ll tell you where I have seen attractive men meet women is at places like parties, clubs, social spots.. but they usually have a connection already and have high signals of interest. Reason why I didn’t cold approach on my vacation (I was on a cruise ship in …
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 04:21 PM
1

So it comes down to looks?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 04:14 PM
1

Then what the hell are we doing wrong? If the vast vast majority of people are coupling it must be pretty easy
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 04:12 PM

I don’t know why men here are so resistant to the idea that mayb men in relationships had to self improve to find partners. They needed to work on themselves and become someone before attracting women. They needed to put in the effort.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 04:07 PM
1

If you were a woman, would you date you? So you think you are highly desirable and appealing?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/23 09:31 PM

Look to yourself first before blaming others.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/23 09:23 PM
1

I still think you should look to yourself first before blaming anyone. Try to emulate the successful men
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/23 09:16 PM
1

Exactly. Look to yourself first
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/23 09:13 PM
1

Do people here really assume that? That sounds like a caricature
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/23 09:02 PM
1

I’ve been told I should model before so I think I’m average
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/23 08:58 PM
1

Hobbies and steady job can mean a range of things. I have hobbies- photography, hiking and cycling. I’m a master’s student. Do you include me in perfectly good?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/23 08:53 PM

According to you I’m average so I shouldn’t struggle much
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/23 08:51 PM
1

That’s kind of vague
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/23 08:43 PM

I live and attend grad school in two big metro areas of California. I don’t blame women, I know I need to work on myself.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/23 08:42 PM

What do you define as perfectly good?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/23 08:36 PM

I’ve had to self improve and I still don’t have a gf. Guess I’m below average.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/23 08:35 PM
1

If you aren’t able to attract a partner, you’re always rejected, there is
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/23 08:29 PM

It’s about improving yourself to stop being pathetic. Fixing yourself up
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/23 08:25 PM

I’m talking about the average guy 18-35 decent head of hair average looking, able bodied, 5’5+, no severe mental illness needs to put in the work if they want to be able to attract lots of women. Obviously there are limitations but it still stands if you’re a man who is struggling in love improving yourself is the best bet you have
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/23 08:24 PM

That’s a good reason to reject, not dressing well suggests lack of maturity and attentiveness
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/23 08:20 PM

I’m a real man and I saw his picture on Facebook I’ve met the guy. What I said still stands, if you have problems with dating work on yourself before you complain.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/23 08:17 PM

It’s about motivation
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/23 08:10 PM

And why won’t they?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/23 08:10 PM

Proves he probably worked on himself to find his partner. He isn’t whining about how women are unfair
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/23 08:01 PM

If you have lots of flaws, you could be way better than you are and you should know you aren’t okay as you are. None of us are okay as we are
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/23 07:59 PM

He exists. Trust me. I saw his photo with his fiancée on social media today
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/23 07:57 PM

My cousin just got engaged to his fiancée and he is overweight and with all due respect not some alpha so… if you really can’t attract anyone might need to work on yourself
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/23 07:40 PM

Nah. If you aren’t succeeding with women, it’s your fault
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/23 07:39 PM

How do you know that these guys who struggle to get women are nice and perfect? If a guy struggles to attract women there’s usually something about himself he needs to work on. He needs to make himself worthy of the women’s attention. It’s like- stop being pathetic, work on yourself
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/23 06:45 PM

I am a graduate student who has worked with a politician, and has traveled the world, but have never found love. Ambition and goals are not enough
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/23 02:08 AM
1

Yes but they don’t like me
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 09:51 PM
1

I fluctuate between being optimistic about dating and my situation and being pessimistic. I shouldn’t be putting any men down but I’m only echoing what society tells me- man the hell up- it hurts to hear that when you’ve been down. I’ve been playing devils advocate and I shouldn’t.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/23 10:21 PM
1

Care to elaborate? Or you just want to insult me. You think I whine too much
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/23 10:12 PM
1

I said I agree with you. It’s hard for a lot of men, including me.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/23 10:07 PM
1

No more of those. I agree it’s hard for men to find love
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/23 10:00 PM
1

What do you envision is self improvement?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/23 08:17 PM
1

Are you sure about this?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/23 08:16 PM
1

I would gladly date an overweight woman. Why do you limit yourself?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/23 08:16 PM
1

What do you call getting your life together? At what point is your life together?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/23 08:14 PM

I’ve really tried guys. I’ve approached so many women online and in person trying to show interest but they always ghost or reject. I worry I’ll never find love like I’m just terrible undesirable in some huge way.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/23 08:14 PM
2

This is depressing me it makes me feel like I’ll never find anyone
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/23 06:11 PM
1

I got a professional photographer for some
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/23 01:51 AM
1

I definitely will. Did you see the other photos? Yes I need to smile more haha
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/23 01:43 AM
1

Thank you for the advice
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/23 01:36 AM
1

What do you mean formality? Are you suggesting I’m immature?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/23 01:33 AM
1

No I’m not
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/23 01:00 AM
1

Thank you. Joining improv this summer. You don’t think I dress fine?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/23 12:55 AM
1

You said it
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/23 12:37 AM
0

So you’re essentially calling me a loser
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/23 12:14 AM
0

Why are men losers if they can’t attract a girl?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/23 12:12 AM
1

I have pictures of myself on my profile in R4R. Maybe I’m just awkward
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/23 12:07 AM
1

Yes women don’t owe a man anything. But if a man can’t attract anyone he’s a total loser
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/23 12:01 AM
1

What do you mean??
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/23 12:00 AM
1

Nope i believe if a man can’t find a woman it’s HIS fault and he is doing something seriously wrong. I am a man who can’t find a woman I’m not going to give up, it must be me.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/23 11:59 PM
1

I’ve tried a lot
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/23 11:58 PM
2

How do you become desirable?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/23 11:57 PM
1

Ok but the problem is people here claim young men can not attract any woman who wants them but that’s a lie. Every young man could find and attract at least one woman who would be his gf, it may not be one he likes but she has that desire.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/23 03:12 AM
1

That isn’t a thing
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/23 03:08 AM

I’m saying if a man is trying but failing
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/23 03:05 AM
1

This is the wrong way to look at things
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/23 03:04 AM

No they don’t. Plenty of undesirable men love undesirable women. If a man can’t find a single potential partner it’s on him to increase his chances
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/23 03:02 AM
-2

Exactly. Men need to do better
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/23 03:02 AM

It’s not women’s fault a man can’t find anyone..
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/23 03:01 AM

What’s the difference
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/23 02:31 AM
0

No really
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/23 02:30 AM

Who determines value
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/23 12:33 AM

Isn’t it true based on most average and below average men eventually find someone even if she is below average too?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/23 12:04 AM

Dude I am a guy who has never had a relationship, who struggles with love, but I know it’s my problem, I need to improve myself
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/23 11:53 PM

I’m not saying there aren’t people who aren’t privileged to have it easier in dating
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/23 11:50 PM

But why is this not true?
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/23 11:40 PM

I’m a short man My only physical requirement is that a woman be around my height or taller preferably taller. I don’t care about body size or if she’s older than me Those young men can date older women Personalities and Morals do matter but I still think any man or most men barring a small minority can find a woman and if they can’t it’s their personality
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/23 11:36 PM

This argument of mine is that any man can get a woman even if she isn’t that attractive but he still can find a woman who genuinely desires him.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/23 11:32 PM

Graduate student who likes hiking and photography
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/23 11:12 PM

Most men can find some one
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/23 11:06 PM

Stop making this up. I see lots of women with men so of course women still desire relationships with everyday men
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/23 10:44 PM
1

You expect me to believe this
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/23 10:17 PM
0

What do these Incels look like?
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/23 10:07 PM
1

All of them. Tons of average women. My standards physically are be my height and taller and I find you desirable. Do they reciprocate my feelings? Not a chance.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/23 10:06 PM
1

Wdym let that slip? I actually don’t mind being assertive but I do really like tall women
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/23 03:25 AM
2

I’m attracted to this too and have been since puberty and I don’t understand why it’s a bad thing. And I’m really attracted to taller ladies.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/23 02:01 AM
1

I like the same thing and I always thought something is weird about it but I still want a girlfriend
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/23 01:56 AM
1

Do you really mean it? I’m like OP always have been, and I thought there was something really wrong with me
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/23 01:54 AM
6

This is pure fantasy
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/23 01:50 AM
2

This is pure fantasy
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/23 01:50 AM
3

They just want you to stop talking. I’m a graduate student who concentrates on his grades, has ambition, does photography and hiking, why should I be pressured to not actively look for a partner when other ppl around me have been in relationships for years?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/05/23 06:06 AM

There was a source post on here saying rates have dropped for both sexes down to 12% this year
/r/PurplePillDebate25/05/23 04:15 AM

Above average face and ambitious graduate student
/r/PurplePillDebate25/05/23 04:12 AM

Can you get me dates?
/r/PurplePillDebate25/05/23 04:08 AM

That’s just false. More men I see out are with women than alone.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/05/23 04:07 AM

Most guys I see are out with women. When I go outside I see more guys paired up then I do walking alone 😮
/r/PurplePillDebate25/05/23 04:05 AM

That was debunked the other day. Men are doing fine
/r/PurplePillDebate25/05/23 04:04 AM

Hey if I could get a chubby nerdy gf I would have by now but it’s hard to get any one
/r/PurplePillDebate25/05/23 04:01 AM

Only well below average men are having issues
/r/PurplePillDebate25/05/23 02:56 AM

Sounds like you might need to touch some grass. Most of the men I saw could probably easily find another relationship if they so wanted. The average man can find another person if he wants. I’m 5’6 I know I will struggle more to find a partner and I have, I’ve never had one
/r/PurplePillDebate25/05/23 02:51 AM

But where are they meeting their lovers otherwise?
/r/PurplePillDebate25/05/23 02:47 AM

They are the normal ones. Most men do fine. It’s the way below average ones which are whining
/r/PurplePillDebate25/05/23 02:42 AM

I see so many average men enjoying the day with their girlfriends every time I step outside
/r/PurplePillDebate25/05/23 02:39 AM

The guys and women looked like they were just enjoying each other’s company. Most men who are unsuccessful are going to be well below average (short and bad looking), it’s just more likely, because most average men find partners.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/05/23 02:34 AM

I went to a restaurant today and saw so many average men with attractive women. The men who really can’t get anywhere despite trying are well below average
/r/PurplePillDebate25/05/23 02:18 AM

Yep. I’m one of the ones that gets zero matches and haven’t had a partner so I must be in that category
/r/PurplePillDebate25/05/23 02:05 AM

Like more and more men just drop out of taking care of themselves and because of this they become less desirable
/r/PurplePillDebate25/05/23 02:02 AM

Why do I see tons of dead average men out enjoying their night with women right now?
/r/PurplePillDebate25/05/23 01:57 AM

It isn’t at record high levels. Some men are just for lack of another word losers, failures, below average. Don’t think sexless men are men who aren’t well below average
/r/PurplePillDebate25/05/23 01:40 AM
1

Stop feeling sorry for yourself and self improve. Nobody feels sorry for men who don’t win, they just feel disdain, so get going.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/05/23 05:02 AM

Not much changed bruh
/r/PurplePillDebate21/05/23 04:56 AM

That doesn’t help guys
/r/PurplePillDebate21/05/23 03:37 AM

Most women look pretty good even without makeup
/r/PurplePillDebate20/05/23 06:40 PM

???
/r/PurplePillDebate20/05/23 06:27 PM

Guys here like to act like there’s a crisis of young men not being able to date
/r/PurplePillDebate20/05/23 05:32 PM

Do apps work according to you
/r/PurplePillDebate20/05/23 05:30 PM

Social media certainly wasn’t as inculcated in mainstream culture in 2013 so I think more guys probably approached
/r/PurplePillDebate20/05/23 05:08 PM

Someone here said cold approach is now culturally extinct. Is this really true?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/05/23 04:38 PM

Are you SO sure it’s culturally taboo?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/05/23 04:30 PM
1

It‘s in person too
/r/PurplePillDebate20/05/23 03:49 PM
1

What do you mean people vote against you?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/05/23 03:47 PM
1

Like what socioeconomic classes or subcultures? And where in the world? Where in the US? Is it just all Gen z guys across the board aren’t getting lucky?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/05/23 03:35 PM
0

Which Gen z and where?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/05/23 03:27 PM
-1

Curious are you 18-25?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/05/23 03:21 PM

A commenter here said it’s really weird to approach a woman you don’t know
/r/PurplePillDebate20/05/23 03:17 PM

Guys who try and have rizz, charisma, and style are doing okay.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/05/23 03:16 PM

What makes you think you could compete with chad and his fast life style?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/05/23 03:10 PM
-1

But people cold approaches for all of history
/r/PurplePillDebate20/05/23 03:06 PM
1

The intent would be to at some point ask on a date and I mean on a campus
/r/PurplePillDebate20/05/23 11:56 AM
4

How effective compared to cold approach?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/05/23 11:18 AM
4

You have to get indicators of interest to proceed when you talk with a woman. I tried to strike up a conversation with a girl at the event but I could sense she wasn’t interested as she went back on her phone. Most of the guys I saw with baddies were in pre established circles.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/05/23 11:03 AM
4

What do you mean? I’ve slid into dms but people use it as the best way to approach now?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/05/23 10:55 AM
3

The way men talk here it’s like there’s some huge crisis in men finding women
/r/PurplePillDebate20/05/23 10:42 AM
-1

What do you mean
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/23 07:48 PM
-1

You wouldn’t be creeped out by a guy approaching you at a park?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/23 07:06 PM
-4

How often does a man meet the love of his life at a dog park?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/23 06:37 PM
2

I don’t know where to approach 🥺
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/23 06:32 PM
11

Is it appropriate to approach a girl you like at a park? Wtf
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/23 06:31 PM
10

Just because there are tons of hot people on an app doesn’t mean you’ll be able to snag one. The hotties like the validation. The apps ensure only a small number of people have real choices while the rest are scrambling for who they can get
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/23 05:24 AM
1

So red and blue pill isn’t right and left wing?
/r/PurplePillDebate15/05/23 12:29 AM

How much is red pill and blue pill just code for republican and democrat and purple pill is moderate?
/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/23 09:22 PM
1

Don’t we have a responsibility as men to use our privilege to work towards ending sexism?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/23 02:32 AM
0

Are you saying you’re structurally at a disadvantage as a man?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/23 06:54 PM
0

You can’t be structurally disadvantaged as a man.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/23 02:33 PM
0

I won’t deny that there are men who are disadvantaged. I’m a man too. Just saying men have gender privilege
/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/23 02:27 PM

You have male privilege
/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/23 02:23 PM

Men aren’t demonized. You’re online too much.

Men aren’t demonized. Idk what you’re talking about.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/23 02:10 PM

You shouldn’t cold approach you should go to socials
/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/23 12:33 AM
1

Approaching is the only way a man is going to get his confidence
/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/23 12:10 AM

Why would it become less common to approach?
/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/23 11:17 PM

Should men really approach women?
/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/23 11:03 PM

If women really like you they’ll approach you
/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/23 10:41 PM
1

We both agree on this. You can’t just ask someone out without getting to know them. Results will be more positive if you get to know the person first.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/23 04:44 AM
1

You have to casually build a rapport with a woman you meet which takes days then gauge her interest and ask her out once you get to know her. It is not just a single interaction but spread out.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/23 04:39 AM
1

But like do you really have the time to ask 100 woman out? It takes about two weeks to ask a woman out.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/23 04:35 AM
2

When did you ask 100 women on dates?
/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/23 04:29 AM
1

This isn’t clear to me
/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/23 12:22 AM
1

Plus you need a certain type of circle to have results, not just any circle.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/23 12:16 AM

Never mind
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 11:19 PM

You saw my Photo. Do I seem like I get indicators?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 11:13 PM
1

No give me a serious reply
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 11:09 PM

So it’s not worth it otherwise
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 11:07 PM
1

Then where do the 85 couples I see on Campus every day meet ?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 10:44 PM
1

I’m nervous to randomly approach at the student lounge, cafeteria, library, cafe..
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 10:41 PM
0

Where am I supposed to approach in person? I’m on a college campus
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 10:39 PM
1

Approach where
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 10:37 PM
0

Where are you supposed to approach??
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 10:36 PM
1

Where is it ok to do this?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 10:36 PM
3

Pathetic
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 10:36 PM
1

Many here are so socially stunted
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 10:34 PM
1

I don’t have a social circle and you’re underestimating how difficult it is to cultivate one
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 10:30 PM
0

What is the best location?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 10:27 PM
1

So then how the hell am I supposed To get a girlfriend?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 10:11 PM
2

50 shades isn’t even relevant in 2023. Wtf
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 08:32 PM

How’d it go mate? Are you at a mall?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 06:40 AM

Where do you approach?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 06:19 AM

Wrong
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 05:34 AM

I’m 5’6
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 05:09 AM

Online dating is mostly men
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 05:07 AM

Will You do me a favor? Will you go on my profile and tell me if you think I’m at least average? I have an R4R up with my pics
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 05:05 AM

I’ve got to up my approaches
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 05:00 AM

There isn’t if you aren’t in the same set of classes or groups
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 04:57 AM

Approaching at school is a form of cold approach
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 04:53 AM

Would you like to be approached (politely) more often? How do you feel about men shorter than you? How do you feel about younger guys?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 04:50 AM

Exactly. Confirmation bias
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 04:48 AM

Do you have a social circle?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 04:41 AM

How do they react?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 04:36 AM

And where should they approach these women “on their level”?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 04:30 AM

So then show them
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 03:49 AM

It’s almost impossible for you to build a social circle from scratch unless you’re intensely extroverted, socially powerful, and high status.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 03:31 AM

Individual friends are different than a circle
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 03:29 AM

Why? You can meet women without one. It just gives you better chances.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 03:27 AM

What if you don’t have a social circle?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 03:25 AM

But where
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 03:22 AM

How did you initiate it?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 03:20 AM

Explain?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 03:19 AM

Well that’s me
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 02:58 AM

Go for the shy one not the baddies- you have some warped views
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 02:57 AM

What type of men do you find attractive?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 02:57 AM

Some women are definitely worth it
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 02:50 AM

School college is an approach center
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 02:47 AM

How often do women approach?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 02:33 AM

This is your fear talking
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 02:33 AM

Do most men get approaches?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 02:32 AM

What is the best thing to do?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 02:28 AM

You don’t have control over thay
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 02:23 AM

It’s not blue pilled advice? It’s genuine. Act confident and just be casual and strike up conversation. It’s simple. A lot of guys want to over complicate it
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 02:18 AM

Yep it’s just nervousness but they rationalize it was strategy
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 02:17 AM

Get off the internet echo chambers. If you approach politely say on your college campus it will be ok. You have to be rejected to play the game. That’s how it works If you’re able to attract any woman at all then you have nothing to complain about And no most women aren’t on online dating most women don’t use dating apps
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 02:16 AM

You’re acting like it’s easier to acquire the social circle than it is to talk to women
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 02:14 AM

/s
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 02:13 AM

Can you still get results without a social circle
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 02:04 AM

Yes but that takes longer and guys here want quick approaches
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 01:45 AM

Can’t go on a date? Are you acting confident? Are you talking comfortably?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 01:44 AM

When I tell the guys here that average men are getting relationships every day they don’t have a real response haha
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 01:43 AM

I think you’re stuck in your anxiety
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 01:41 AM

Then how do men all over get relationships?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 01:40 AM

So you have to rely on approach
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 01:39 AM

What if you don’t have a real social circle?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 01:39 AM

When you say not receptive what do you mean
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 01:36 AM

Ok…
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 01:36 AM

If you approach properly and politely it’s fine
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 01:36 AM

It’s true. Tons of guys are approaching just fine, they’re not stuck on apps
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 01:34 AM

We’re they receptive to your approaches? Also who approaches in a hotel??
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 01:33 AM

So tell me how and where did you approach?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 01:27 AM
3

Please give me advice
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 12:41 AM
2

I’m in my 20s
/r/PurplePillDebate09/05/23 11:42 PM
1

Well I definitely think Incels are crazy based on what I know. I don’t support Incels but I’ve met some reasonable minded people like yourself on this sub.. but Incels are totally different story.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/05/23 10:14 PM
1

Yeah tbh that’s not traditional. I’m wondering if there are more liberal types here like myself. Idk I think monogamy would be ideal for me but I still feel like a lot of red pill guys when thinking about relationships have the submissive stay at home mom archetype in mind, and as someone who doesn’t want kids I just can’t relate to that wish.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/05/23 09:56 PM
2

You can be any demographic and be right wing. But the greater manosphere is not seen as liberal let’s agree. The manosphere is not liberal. That’s part of the reason I dislike it. They want traditional conservative stay at home wife types. The woman I marry is not going to be super traditional. I want a woman with a career and less trad gender roles. I don’t even want kids. But the men in the manosphere are more likely to be tradcon types.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/05/23 09:45 PM
1

Would you say that people connect this sub to hateful Incels?
/r/PurplePillDebate09/05/23 09:34 PM
2

It’s more a general question. I honestly think this sub is entertaining
/r/PurplePillDebate09/05/23 09:27 PM
1

Why do you post in this sub?
/r/PurplePillDebate09/05/23 09:25 PM
-2

Wrong
/r/PurplePillDebate09/05/23 07:01 PM
1

I prefer tall women and I find it difficult to attract one as a short guy
/r/PurplePillDebate09/05/23 06:25 PM
2

Maybe
/r/PurplePillDebate09/05/23 06:21 PM
2

The out of touchness of this sub is unparalleled any where else. Most women aren’t pining for Christian grey, they’re dating average men. Christian grey isn’t even popular among Gen z. This sub is like out of touch boomers.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/05/23 05:04 PM
1

People on this sub are so out of touch with reality and what’s really going on it’s incredible
/r/PurplePillDebate09/05/23 05:02 PM
0

Why are you talking about a song from 2009? It isn’t relevant today. Wtf lol. None of this red pill/ nice guys/ alpha beta shit was out then. This was super fringe Is Taylor swift even popular today? I ask as a Gen z
/r/PurplePillDebate09/05/23 04:57 PM

How else is a man supposed to find a partner? Apps don’t work online doesn’t work too meet ups are all old people- campus approach is only option
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/23 11:40 PM

Ok then I’m just going to go for it. What’s the worst that can happen if I just strike up conversation?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/23 11:05 PM

Maybe I should not care, it’s a university campus and if I approach politely but acting with confidence it won’t be a big deal
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/23 10:10 PM

Ok I’m shy and reserved. Can I really just go up to a woman and strike up conversation?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/23 09:55 PM

I am on a university campus, while I’m single because I don’t approach frequently (I feel shy) I see tons of young couples every day
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/23 09:50 PM

Are you sure people don’t meet irl anymore?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/23 07:33 PM
1

I can’t no parties
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/23 04:55 AM
1

Do you see em as pathetic?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/23 03:55 AM
1

They need to leave the house seriously
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/23 03:55 AM
0

It’s not natural to not be attracted. I am attracted to all body types. There’s beauty in all body types. If you like women you should appreciate the diversity of beauty.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/23 03:44 AM
4

I wish I had a gf like him
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/23 03:43 AM
1

Can I do that as a grad student?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/23 02:19 AM
1

So we’re in agreement?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/23 01:14 AM
1

How does a guy get a gf in college?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/23 01:09 AM
1

I am in college. How do I get a girlfriend?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/23 01:08 AM
1

That wasn’t what was said
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/23 12:56 AM
2

You sure about that?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/23 12:37 AM
2

I don’t support lies. There are plenty of average men doing fine and there is no crisis
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/23 12:12 AM
1

Why?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/23 12:06 AM
2

It’s odd this delusion these men are in
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/23 12:06 AM
2

Do you not go outside to public places?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/23 12:06 AM
2

Idk what to tell you if u think average men aren’t dating average women
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/23 12:05 AM
1

They might know about it but they write it off as a bunch of fringe weirdos I’m here partly to entertain myself and partly to keep up with feeling hope about my life
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/23 12:04 AM
2

Most men are in relationships OR aren’t struggling that bad bc I see tons of men with women every time I go out
/r/PurplePillDebate07/05/23 11:58 PM
2

It isn’t a thing it’s obscure corner of the net. Nobody my age knows what this is. Nobody on my campus knows what this is. It’s all just a shared delusion by the weirdos on the internet, immersed in their echo chambers
/r/PurplePillDebate07/05/23 11:58 PM
3

Then why do I see countless average men with women in every city and shopping center and park?
/r/PurplePillDebate07/05/23 11:55 PM
1

But it’s just wrong. Every time I go out I see average men with families and women
/r/PurplePillDebate07/05/23 11:54 PM
0

You aren’t looking hard enough!
/r/PurplePillDebate07/05/23 11:53 PM
3

Yep they are all out enjoying the day
/r/PurplePillDebate07/05/23 11:51 PM
3

Majority of men aren’t single
/r/PurplePillDebate07/05/23 11:49 PM
1

Your opinion
/r/PurplePillDebate07/05/23 11:31 PM
2

Ikr what a concept
/r/PurplePillDebate07/05/23 11:20 PM
3

Most young guys under 30 are doing fine
/r/PurplePillDebate07/05/23 11:20 PM
1

Bad for you
/r/PurplePillDebate07/05/23 11:10 PM
4

Just go outside you will see average and “below average” men with decent women. I saw it today at the lake park. I am in Southern California, I will see them at parks, campuses, restaurants, shopping centers, fairs, nature areas, restaurants, downtown venues, on sunny days. Too many on this sub want to cling to a fictional version of reality but the evidence is all around you my friends- there is no dating crisis. It’s your perspective, it’s your echo chamber, it’s not the world
/r/PurplePillDebate07/05/23 11:09 PM
0

Just cold approach bro. Why is this such a hard thing to do? Dating is not doomed as some here would say. You just need to put work in
/r/PurplePillDebate06/05/23 10:18 PM
1

Jeez man are you okay?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/05/23 08:26 PM
1

Patriarchy
/r/PurplePillDebate04/05/23 08:25 PM
1

Why? What’s it have that mens Lib doesn’t
/r/PurplePillDebate04/05/23 08:25 PM
1

Tell me more please. Can you elaborate?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/05/23 07:48 PM
1

Yes it’s serious
/r/PurplePillDebate04/05/23 05:04 PM
0

Could you give me an example of a feminist sub saying that?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/05/23 05:01 PM
-2

They talk about male loneliness and male disadvantage
/r/PurplePillDebate04/05/23 04:48 PM
1

I think they talk about patriarchy and toxic masculinity
/r/PurplePillDebate04/05/23 04:45 PM
1

I think (I’m not a moderator of the sub I just discovered it) it’s about being the mens issues conversation you want to see. Mens issues are held back by tribalism and it’s about deconstructing masculinity as well as power structures in society
/r/PurplePillDebate04/05/23 04:39 PM
-2

Sounds like you’re not a feminist
/r/PurplePillDebate04/05/23 04:09 PM
2

-^ thanks
/r/PurplePillDebate04/05/23 04:04 PM
2

So what do you think the sub could improve on?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/05/23 04:03 PM
1

Are many Incels really left leaning? Could you link that study if possible?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/05/23 03:55 PM
-1

But it’s supposed to be about awareness for mens issues
/r/PurplePillDebate04/05/23 03:49 PM
1

Are you not woke?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/05/23 03:48 PM
-8

That’s your interpretation?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/05/23 07:01 AM
1

What do they say?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/05/23 06:51 AM
-10

How does it require self hatred?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/05/23 06:28 AM

What does bohemian lifestyle mean to you personally?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/05/23 07:40 AM

The burning man crowd is what I meant! Like this artsy woke type of lifestyle or aesthetic.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/05/23 05:07 AM

I mean as men age- any image that isn’t a status climbing business person tends to be looked on with disdain
/r/PurplePillDebate03/05/23 05:06 AM

What happens after 30?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/05/23 05:05 AM
1

How can you be so sure online dating is the future? No nobody should have to accept being alone. This is a very bad thing to say. Plenty of people still meet in person and develop relationships that way
/r/PurplePillDebate01/05/23 12:30 AM
1

Tell that to those of us who have gone our whole lives alone. We have grown used to being alone we are able to cope with it much better than others
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/23 11:53 PM
1

You lost me. A romantic partner is without one doubt critical to a healthy satisfying life for men.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/23 11:48 PM
1

But for most men it means less options now as they are competing against thousand s
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/23 11:42 PM
1

You’re joking
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/23 11:37 PM
1

I live in a student apartment… I’ve been also told I should model before but I’m short 5’6 and have damaged vocal chords
/r/PurplePillDebate26/04/23 07:48 PM
1

I do not pay rent my college is paid for by my grandad My life experience has been one of bullying isolation and exclusion… and also annual family trips- attending a leading college and informational internships- some friends but not many- no romantic success
/r/PurplePillDebate26/04/23 07:38 PM
1

I just want to be a good man fighting injustice
/r/PurplePillDebate26/04/23 07:34 PM
1

God why the hell does that matter? I have male privilege
/r/PurplePillDebate26/04/23 07:23 PM
1

No I don’t have everything j want from society but as a man it’s my responsibility to make it happen
/r/PurplePillDebate26/04/23 07:09 PM
1

I am a young Jewish man 5’6 with a vocal disability from an intact upper middle class family and I have savings in the bank
/r/PurplePillDebate26/04/23 06:55 PM

You’re right. I don’t minimize the struggle of men of marginalized identities. I want to follow social justice. I believe social justice to be right. But I do feel like a lot of young men are overreacting. Are people really saying that young straight men deserve to feel awful because of who they are? I haven’t heard it in real life.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/04/23 04:05 PM

America
/r/PurplePillDebate26/04/23 03:57 PM

Care to explain why?
/r/PurplePillDebate26/04/23 03:41 PM

I’m not shitting on anyone. Nowhere did I say young men are bad. Just saying other marginalized groups are getting attention from social justice because they have had their needs neglected.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/04/23 03:35 PM

Nobody said this
/r/PurplePillDebate26/04/23 03:28 PM

Why are dating/ validation trouble of young men something worthy of government intervention?
/r/PurplePillDebate26/04/23 03:25 PM

It’s not brainwashed. It’s honest. In America straight young men have not had their needs ignored over the last century to the same degree other groups have.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/04/23 03:24 PM
1

Nice username 😊
/r/PurplePillDebate26/04/23 04:40 AM
1

Why is this even a question?
/r/PurplePillDebate26/04/23 03:06 AM

Oh my god. Come on. You can’t be serious. This is what the manosphere has done to you
/r/PurplePillDebate26/04/23 12:40 AM

Yeah it’s not happening anymore. I don’t hear about this much nowadays. Maybe I’m wrong but I get the sense people in the manosphere want to be victims.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/04/23 12:36 AM

Who says it is at an all time high? More manosphere Bs
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/23 09:24 PM

I wasn’t even aware this was so common. I guess the days of approaching women like in pick up are over. Then where are all the young couples meeting 🤔
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/23 09:21 PM

How are you meeting a boyfriend on discord tiktok or Reddit
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/23 09:17 PM

I’m a young Gen z born 1999 so what do they do use? Tiktok? Discord? Reddit? Cause then I’m out of the loop
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/23 09:13 PM

People on here in this thread say they’re on the decline and I believe them
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/23 09:09 PM

How is Instagram a dying platform??? I must be old as hell
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/23 09:08 PM

Wrong. This is manosphere propaganda to scare you
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/23 09:07 PM

They aren’t. They’re wayyyy on the decline now for my Gen (Gen z)
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/23 09:07 PM

I assume you’re joking with us
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/23 09:06 PM

This is over exaggerated bullshit by the manosphere. No guys are afraid of this. They are approaching. I don’t even hear about me too being discussed nowadays
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/23 09:05 PM

1

Who the hell mets at a restaurant
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/23 02:04 PM
1

Scroll down further and read my mens lib post. I’m critical of some social justice. That being said, I’m just against the idea that straight men are somehow the main victims right now. Straight men have been in the spotlight for years. I think the left doesn’t speak to young straight men because many of us don’t need help. We aren’t disadvantaged.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/23 10:35 AM
1

I’ve been sold empathy. As a straight man I think we can focus on making the world better for people with less privilege while also recognizing our struggles.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/23 10:24 AM
1

Going to shut you down here. Men aren’t really the ones who need help. Other groups deserve our attention right now. What makes you think straight men deserve more attention now? We should be uplifting marginalized groups
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/23 10:14 AM
-2

Doesn’t seem likely they met that way
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/23 09:50 AM
1

I can only speak for my experience in a college campus in a university city
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/23 09:50 AM
1

Then where are the hundreds of campus couples meeting? Lol
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/23 09:50 AM
2

Then why do I see tons of campus couples?
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/23 09:49 AM
0

The why do I see tons of couples daily on campus and in surrounding areas?
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/23 09:49 AM
2

Then why do I see it everyday on campus ? Tons of couples
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/23 09:48 AM
-4

At and around my university campus
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/23 03:16 AM
1

Not to be rude but the hell is anyone talking about this? This is completely irrelevant. No one outside of a tiny minority of men is going to be using AI porn like they go into some fantasy world. This is just a horribly stupid fantasy on the part of the Manosphere. No one outside of a small percentage of men is going to be invested in this lol
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/23 03:02 AM
1

Imagine thinking cis men are at any disadvantage today. You’re not a victim. Get over yourselves
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/23 11:54 PM
1

I’m not talking about you! I’m referring to general mens frustration. Women don’t want loser men who refuse to self improve
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/23 04:50 PM
0

Aggressive much? Haha. I think we all need to just cool off. It’s true though. My statement applies to most men. If you were better women would want you.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/23 04:05 PM
-1

If women aren’t picking you it’s your fault- you can either accept that fact or complain but it’s the truth. If you were a better person you’d be chosen by women
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/23 02:53 PM
2

This sub can be so melodramatic at times
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/23 12:36 AM
1

What about those people who are just not desirable enough to get it?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/23 12:29 AM
1

So if you have never had a relationship or sex despite trying by your twenties you are in a tiny minority?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/23 12:14 AM
1

What about the guys (like Incels) who are not single by choice? What explains the rise of Incels?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/23 12:09 AM
1

Why are we hearing so much then about how young men can’t attract women?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/23 12:05 AM
1

So why then do young men under 30 have such bad luck on apps? Wouldn’t they do better in person?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/23 12:04 AM
1

I have. It’s RP who are perpetually online
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/23 11:01 PM
1

The left is ultimately right in their evaluation of this. Male loneliness is not something we should externalize but rather encourage struggling men to become someone actually desirable in response to. There’s real danger in a man externalizing his problems
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/23 10:26 PM
1

He sure isn’t making sure men take full responsibility for their own lack of success
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/23 10:20 PM
1

As much as I absolutely dislike doctor Jordan Peterson, he is right about one thing he said, if women aren’t picking you- they’re right, you’re wrong.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/23 10:18 PM
1

Ok but men taking initiative to improve themselves is a valid response
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/23 10:14 PM
1

You really think majority of young people under 30 are meeting on apps?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/23 10:13 PM
1

Why are you so quick to blame women? Men should always assume responsibility for their own failings
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/23 10:03 PM
1

Im single right now so i have no stake in this being PC or not.. but an alternate theory I will provide is that perhaps more men aren’t approaching and they aren’t getting out there, they’re sedated by porn and gaming.. the internet makes a lot of men passive, and they’re embracing a passive sexual strategy
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/23 09:45 PM
0

How brainwashed are you? Lmao. Most men are doing too badly with the female gender even the quote on quote “less desirable” men.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/23 09:43 PM
1

Most people think RP actual RP are fringe weirdos. They generally don’t pay it much Mind
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/23 09:42 PM
2

Yes I do actually
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/23 09:41 PM
1

I see tons of guys paired up every day on my college campus and most of them are not these aesthetic gods
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/23 09:25 PM
1

Most people still don’t know anything about RP
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/23 09:24 PM
2

You need a reality check
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/23 09:16 PM
1

I see average guys every single day in relationships. Get off the internet
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/23 09:13 PM
2

Vast majority of men are in relationships or have been in them. Vast majority of men have never heard of the RP. RP BP manosphere is pretty obscure to most Americans and young adults. I doubt most college students have even heard of RP outside of some vague reference
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/23 09:10 PM
3

You forgot a lot of red pill is basically over exaggerated bro science. Some nuggets of truth in there sure but a lot of RPers stick to the claims like the holy Bible
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/23 09:06 PM

Men here need to get outside and actually talk to real people. The world isn’t going to end if you talk to a woman. Get off the computer bros
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/23 09:02 PM

There’s not enough grass touching going on in this place
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/23 09:00 PM

Touch grass ! For the love of god go outside talk to real people. There is no top 20%
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/23 08:59 PM
5

One day you’ll choke and spit them out
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/23 08:54 PM
-1

Keep consuming those red pills my friend
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/23 08:47 PM

Not judging you dude
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/23 05:56 PM

Just saying a lot of guys on here don’t take accountability
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/23 05:53 PM
7

Virgin guys usually have some undesirable quality making them celibate. It’s a lack of self improvement that’s the issue
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/23 05:43 PM

Those Incels just need to work on themselves
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/23 05:42 PM

So many men here blame women for their failures and it’s sad to see. No women aren’t all intrinsically awful because nobody wants to fuck you. Jesus.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/23 05:41 PM

A lot of guys on here do blame women you can’t deny it and I would rather blame myself for my failure than women, who are usually right.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/23 05:37 PM

I would rather blame myself than the opposite sex
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/23 05:27 PM

Dating is not awful for most of us right now. Get your act together. Get a haircut and some fashion. Go touch grass.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/23 05:15 PM
1

They don’t. They’re laughably one dimensional
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/23 05:14 PM
1

It doesn’t. I don’t know. I should have included this fact
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/23 03:49 PM
1

Because I feel ashamed of it. I never even mention it to a girl on a date
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/23 03:17 PM
1

I apologize
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/23 02:35 PM
1

Because I receive mixed answers- only approach at social event- approach at the quad- don’t approach between class- don’t approach in class- approach between class
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/23 01:50 PM
1

Is that where most couples I see on campus met? I think they met through social networks
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/23 01:40 PM
1

Then someone else here says a social event is the ideal place to approach,
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/23 01:40 PM
1

Is that how most other guys on campus meet their partners?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/23 01:39 PM
1

Is that how most other guys on campus meet their partners?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/23 01:38 PM
1

That would mean my cohort and I’m not sure who else.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/23 03:02 AM
1

No I don’t think they do.. but I don’t have a social circle
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/23 02:54 AM
3

I don’t know. I don’t think there’s a grad student council. But does it really matter if we are graduate students versus under grads?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/23 02:33 AM
3

I am only in the student association for my grad cohort but that has the same 10 people I know from class and I think most of them are taken plus it would be awkward to ask them out I have a student apartment and right now I am sitting in the common area waiting for the opportunity, while studying for an exam. I always see students studying here but not this evening. I just go to class, go to the cafes, ride my bike.. I could get involved in more clubs
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/23 02:10 AM
5

Im sorry I don’t mean to be rude but that’s a bit odd to me. Squeezed next to you on a tiny bench. I think If I said that to a woman she’d look at me weird as hell
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/23 02:06 AM
3

I just thought i would come off as weird if I tried to compliment a girl
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/23 02:04 AM
3

I’m so surprised. Mainstream dating advice has given me no encouragement whatsoever
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/23 02:01 AM
3

So you can just introduce yourself to a stranger??
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/23 01:59 AM
2

Sure. I’ve had conversations before
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/23 01:59 AM
2

I don’t understand where everyone is meeting. It’s not true quad haha
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/23 01:58 AM
3

Ok so tomorrow I will go the quad and approach if you are right
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/23 01:55 AM
3

Lol yes there’s a quad but you can’t just randomly talk to a woman
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/23 01:48 AM
3

Problem is what makes me so hesitant to approach is I feel weird or intrusive or bad for bothering her. Like I shouldn’t be trying to talk to her randomly or randomly strike up talk.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/23 01:47 AM
3

What do you mean the quad ?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/23 01:43 AM
3

I’ll try to strike up conversation the next chance I get.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/23 01:41 AM
1

How do you even approach in the first places where??
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/23 01:36 AM
3

Urban and regional planning grad student
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/23 01:35 AM
3

And I see guys with girls all over campus yet I never witnessed a cold approach not once
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/23 01:31 AM
2

Where am I suppose to approach women? Legitimately Where?? And I’m on a college campus. I vowed to myself I would approach every day but that isn’t happening
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/23 01:31 AM
1

So it’s hopeless
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/23 01:54 PM
1

That he likes the look of but doesn’t know
/r/PurplePillDebate20/04/23 04:36 AM
1

I’ve never met a man with 300 approaches
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/23 11:28 PM
2

Are you a bot
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/23 11:26 PM
2

How did you open?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/23 11:24 PM
1

Sidewalk???
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/23 11:19 PM
1

Where did you do 300 approaches???
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/23 11:09 PM
10

No thanks. Not going near that guy
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/23 10:49 PM
9

I did that an hour ago. There was cute girl in the student lobby in her computer and she had a scooter and I told her I like her scooter then we started chatting and I even made her laugh a few times. I did not get a sign she was not interested in chatting. Then I had to go I asked if I could give her my Instagram. She seemed reluctant but accepted it
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/23 09:39 PM
1

I can’t go to college parties. The times I have it hasn’t gone well. Read my first FA post.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/23 09:32 PM

It’s true
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/23 09:30 PM
1

Young man. I’m in my 20s
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/23 09:07 PM

That’s subjective
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/23 07:27 PM

College campus? I’m 23
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/23 07:26 PM

Where Is a young man allowed to approach women in 2023?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/23 07:23 PM
1

Can I dm you?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/04/23 03:09 PM
-1

As an average man you just need style, a good haircut, shave, and you’re good to go. No wonder a lot of men fail
/r/PurplePillDebate17/04/23 03:06 PM
1

Trans people face fetishization in dating
/r/PurplePillDebate17/04/23 02:38 PM
1

So you say people obfuscate the details of their situation and they don’t receive accurate good advice?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/04/23 02:28 PM
1

That’s true advice needs to be tailored to the individual
/r/PurplePillDebate17/04/23 04:21 AM
1

In some cases it is an individual problem and others it’s societal
/r/PurplePillDebate17/04/23 04:19 AM
1

Thank you
/r/PurplePillDebate17/04/23 04:16 AM
1

You’re a feminist. So you should admit there are societal attitudes which hold some back in dating
/r/PurplePillDebate17/04/23 04:13 AM
0

So you’re blaming ok
/r/PurplePillDebate17/04/23 04:06 AM
1

Stereotypes and bias about certain groups lead them to a disadvantage in dating
/r/PurplePillDebate17/04/23 04:05 AM
3

Structural issues make it harder for men from certain groups
/r/PurplePillDebate17/04/23 04:03 AM
0

Trans, disabled, in poverty, etc
/r/PurplePillDebate17/04/23 04:01 AM
1

Try being short with a disability
/r/PurplePillDebate17/04/23 03:46 AM
2

Oftentimes I feel annoyed that neither the Mano sphere or left wing circles really offer any dating advice or encouragement to men who are part of marginalized groups who struggle in dating. The concerns of men who are part of marginalized groups, like me, are often overlooked by social justice spaces.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/04/23 03:42 AM
1

Why can’t they desire to attract beautiful compassionate ppl?
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/23 05:37 AM
1

I mean a guy has to have a hobby yeah
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/23 03:54 AM
1

Most girls aren’t on the apps?
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/23 03:44 AM
1

Why is finding women more difficult now?
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/23 03:10 AM
1

They certainly have more going for them in life regardless of the hot wife, than some guy with no cultivated talents and no list of achievements who moans about being lonely all day.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/23 01:34 AM
1

Many of these accomplished guys I see are with women but that’s besides the point, which is they actually have things going for them that someone would want to be a part of, they aren’t spending their time pining over love and sex. They have things they are actually doing in their lives, they have talents.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/23 01:26 AM
1

The most successful guys my age (early 20s) I’ve seen are the guys with a dozen things going for them. They’re mountain climbers and entrepreneurs while also having great educations and attending huge parties with their great social circles. They don’t even need to find romantic validation because they are already content with life and being a success.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/23 01:17 AM
1

You need to focus on cultivating a great life and on your ambitions
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/23 12:58 AM

People need a purpose outside dating. Love can’t be what sustains you.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/23 12:56 AM
You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
