How old are you if you don't mind me asking? There is always time to do the things you want, you just have to dedicate the time. I'm sure you have time, hence the reason you're on Reddit. It is only a turn off when you make it seem like that. You have to be confident in what you like, and show it off that way. If you go in talking about what you like in a boring manner then it will show. There is nothing wrong with liking what you like. As far as more hobbies, check out Meetup. You can see the meetups in your area. You can also create your own meetup as well.

It seems like you are more invested in her than she is in you. Remember that they should be chasing you, not you chasing them. I read your other comment, and it seems like you were being her rebound, that's why she said she doesn't want a relationship in "2" years. She wants a relationship, just not with you since she already "has" you.

If its a place you visit a lot I would build up to it, so it doesn't make it awkward if she says no and you have to keep coming back. But if you continuously go and flirt/be funny with her each interaction she will have it set in her mind that you're that funny cute guy etc..I would do this for no more than a week, so the interest in her mind is still there. Then from there ask her if she wants to talk outside of work.
