I just watched the full episode..WTF...He went through law school for however many years and because he didn't make all the payments their solution is to stop him from being able to practice FOREVER ???? Also he is a lawyer how did he let it come to this ? I assume there had to be SOME ways to avoid jail he must have exhausted every resource. Imagine how many others not on camera deal with this.

First off he deserves more than 4 million PERIOD. Second this is just a scumbag move. AT MOST I'd say 4 million divided by 25years meaning 160,000 a year then x3 years =480,000 then half of that =240,000 should be the absolute MOST she could be seen entitled to. And maybe HALF of that should go to his son who is now in his twenties and could use it to go to college. He is more "entitled" to anything at this point. Her new husband of 20 years should feel ashamed that she's even trying to get in o…

No I'm clearly just being rational and judging it from the video. I also said I was glad he wasn't charged but I could SEE HOW it could be judged differently. At a certain point he has control of the situation both of the assailants are DOWN and he has back up he then stops for a second ...looks down at them and then continues to hit them with a metal pipe. At this point he is NOT ALONE and has a weapon while they do not. He, if using sound judgement at this point, shouldn't have started back up…

I think it was right that he got off but I could see how he might have been called for stepping over the line defending himself. Once he has them both down on the ground and he stops for a second and then goes at them again I think it was excessive. He was in the clear and should have been out of fight or flight mode. Especially anything after the other employee comes over to cool him down. Then it looks like he is the aggressor. In all fairness they shouldn't have started after him or put him i…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
