When reality sets in that she’s going to have to work and sacrifice like the rest of us the flood of lies and demands will start coming. Best approach is to be aggressive about getting as much as you can, that’s what she will do. If you don’t you will get fleeced for everything. 1	Alimony in Maryland? Be way more aggressive than you think. I went in thinking we were going to be civilized. Then came the fake sickly victim routine, lies about debt, etc. I end up taking 100k (all) the debt, her lawyer’s bills 30k, 85% of my income for 4 years, and $1500 a month for life.
