Yeah true 10k would really hurt. Im also considering a private investigator to find out more about if a report was filed and about what. That would cost me about 300-500 though.

Yes I asked a lawyer like this and he said you could she her for defamation and maybe you would win or lose but his last defamation client had to spend 30k. So doubt this person even has 5k. He suggested I could file an injunction for harassment against her which is free.

Yep dude I felt the same way. Especially since I got kicked out and left peacefully. Why post my photos the next day in a group? It feels like a malicious attempt to harm my reputation. She even admitted she didn’t know any details.

Yes I have screenshotted everything. The accuser is anonymous still and I don’t know who it is and I don’t know what I am accused of. The only thing i truly know is the bar manager has told me a woman told them that I am being investigated by the police. Then she posted my photo in a online safety group. I will be calling my lawyer today to ask if he can probe what is happening.

Yes, I think her deleting it shows that she knows that was the wrong thing to do by posting me. I didn’t ask my buddy to defend me either, he just did. He’s a good friend. I’m happy he was in that group so I could know.

Yes I will call the lawyer again today, he is an expert on false allegations. He is very expensive but I’d rather go bankrupt than be wrongfully convicted for something I didn’t do. I could always make more money one day but I could never get back 10 years in prison if i am wrongfully convicted.

Yep but some of these lawyers, the one who specializes in false accusations want 10k retainers. I only got 30k to my entire name right now. And I’m also having some career instability. Right now my goal was to improve my health and career as my new year goals but instead right on the new year I am being attacked and wrongly accused. It feels terrible.
