I managed to deadlift that with just a couple months of training. I don't wanna sound rude but I'm often surprised how weak women are. I got my sister a 40lbs hand gripper and she couldn't close it. Most women can't even do one push up.

Depends on where her fat stores. If it's on her butt and thighs and she's like 25BMI it's still okay. But if her fat stores mostly on her face, neck or stomach I wouldn't like it.
