I mean even that isn't true though? There is a time and place for violence. I think it would be better to teach kids that anger is almost never a good excuse for violence, though maybe that's a bit nuanced for a child?

I think this entire thing can be traced back to the root of men being more physically more powerful (on average) than women. That physical power cemented us as warriors and protectors, builders and many other important society building jobs. Women, as the protected, gave up certain freedoms to guarantee their safety. Now, with many things in place to equalize men and women, women have achieved equity in just about every sense.

It's the same as the weird thing that really skinny dudes end up with rather obese women. It's an odd trend, nothing more

Also that apparently a lot of women that join the military like black dudes? Not a bad thing just a weird trend I've noticed

I'm not hurting for examples, that was just the first to spring to mind. I get your point tho

I mean look at any "good guy with a gun" scenario where an armed civilian stops an armed criminal. How often do you hear about those guys?

You're right in this instance but it seems like this isn't appreciated in older men

I think you're getting the wrong impression, I'm speaking from a position of ignorance on this matter, I'm not trying to disparage or dispute what the original post is saying. The medical system is almost certainly biased given that it is made up of people. My expertise is primarily trauma medicine, when it comes to bacterial infections of any kind all I know to do is clean the area and nuke with a general antibiotic until higher care can be reached. I agree, that does seem like a double standar…

Not necessarily, this is also a problem in the military; I'm a medic and I've seen a couple cases like that personally after extended field time. I didn't know that actually, it seems I am lacking in my reading. Still, I don't think you can compare removing foreskin to the removal of the clitoris can you? I'm not trying to say the former is right, just that I think it's not comparable in terms of damage.

I was under the impression that it was easier for an uncircumcised member to fall prey to bacterial infections under the foreskin and such. Particularly in environments where proper hygiene isn't easily performed.

Isn't circumcision cleaner than not tho?

I watched the clip, I guess I misunderstood when the judge said he wasn't the father. I thought she was talking in a legal sense or something.

Is he not the biological father? I don't watch this so I don't really know the full context.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
