Thing is people have bad experiences with people giving trash advice/psuedoscience too. For every 3 times I've been approached in the gym 2/3 has been nonsensical fitness advice one trainer stopped me doing normal full depth squats telling me it's dangerous to squat past parallel whatever that means. Bro just no, you don't participate is strength training/fighting sports and it tells. Weight alone would allow almost every Reddit neckbeard to beat a woman. Atheles aren't even that strong, I've trained female atheles and it's very sport specific as to if they're cardio or strength focused and even some high level amazing female atheles I've known couldn't deadlift anywhere near what a random dude walking into the gym for the first time could.

Yea you gotta be with people who can get over that shit. I hate when you fight apologize make up etc and 3 years later she has a meltdown about it and you realise that she's been holding grudges over all sorts of petty shit for years, becoming more and more argumentative and bitter because of it.
