Honestly, I feel like this will depend a lot on the job itself as well as the culture in your office/team. I'm no expert but I do work almost entirely surrounded by men at my office job and I would say directly asking your manager "how long should I spend before asking for help from the team" is a good course of action. In general I've found overall that if you don't know something or are unclear on something just straight up asking directly is the way to go. What industry are you in?

Wholeheartedly disagree with rule 2. That attitude will kill your career and effectiveness at your job. Redpill is ultimately about your romantic relationships with men.
