I dunno how many of you guys are on TRT here. I’m 29 and I’ve been lifting since 14 years old, last 3-4 years — consistently. I don’t take anything. I have probably put on 80-90% of the muscle I will ever achieve. There is no need to “eat big”. Staying lean gives much bigger edge. You will ever at best look as good as calisthenics guys, so strive for that. Don’t let guys on gear sell you methods that won’t work for you. Gear makes it a whole different ballgame.
