| 5 | How to talk to anybody (mindset)I am and always been introverted. I found out that staying interested in what people talk about. 1. I learn alot 2. They reveal ice breakers about then selves. 3. Conversations activate the mastering of conversation. Being introverted doesnt mean you are automaticly depressed or anti-social / social anxiety. But In my case I was seriously, depresed and extreme social anxiety. If that doesnt fit in you then you are most likely fine. You need someone with the same mindset or can genuinely respect that you need space. Just be yourself and stay positive. And always be open and its better tö give it a shot than always regret it. Ever since end of being a teenager until late 20s and i finally found a person I just dont find exhausting, she gives me lots of energi, good will and positivity. Ive found out during that the key is to not get stuck at home. Take a walk, excercise, eat healthier (very important), join a course or anything thats social. It just gets easier everytime.
