That is funny. I’m in an extremely conservative part of the US. I told a guy at work I was vegan and he got mad and called me snowflake and stuff. I learned to kinda keep it to myself and only talk about it in vegan sub Reddit’s. People here take that kind of stuff personal.

Man,I miss some local fresh eggs. Eggs and steak! I miss those days. I’m definitely not a vegan to push my beliefs on anyone but I think that’s more of me being vegan for health and not for any ideology.

There’s some drawbacks. I find there’s less drawbacks for me than when I was eating a normal diet. I have a history of heart disease in my family and had a heart attack at work a few years ago. So even though there’s drawbacks to full raw, I still prefer. Dunno if I’ll stay like that forever but I’ll prolly be vegan forever just because I feel so much better on it.

It makes me feel better mentally. I get a weird sort of clarity on my raw days. When I cook something I feel blah afterwards. Though I usually only cook some variation of tofu and vegetables.
