Second: It’s personal experience, I’ve experimented and tried all that stuff, I’m just saying what worked for me. Third: If you just do the same 4 exercises at the same rep scheme every time, your muscles just get used to it and you plateau. | 5 | What motivates you to improve yourself?Hard gainer here. I’m 6’2”, 21 years old and was about 140 for years until a few months ago. After experimenting and working at it for a while, now I’m sitting at almost 170. I’ve still got a ways to go, but the progress is great. The best advice I can give you, is just don’t stop lifting, and don’t stop eating. As far as lifting and working out, the important thing is strength training.
