strength gains no muscle gains?Don't think I'll ever be content with my body tbh, it's something I want to work on and improve till I physically cannot anymore. My motivation is mainly to feel that I've achieved something - I've always had a low self esteem due to being bullied when I was younger, and getting told by my dad consistently I'll never be man enough etc. I guess I'm lifting out of insecurity, but so what? Lifting has instilled a sense of direction in my life and I can clearly see what I want to look like in 5 year… | /r/askTRP | 02/06/20 01:30 PM

strength gains no muscle gains? Thanks heaps for this, What do you think of boxing as an alternative to cycling for cardio? Also would you recommend taking both creatine and whey protein or just creatine. How many meals a day would get the job done? | /r/askTRP | 02/06/20 10:51 AM
strength gains no muscle gains?Cheers for this, would you recommend increasing my training frequency from 4x a week to 6x? Also how much protein should I be looking at getting in daily? I noticed that the more I eat the more fat I get on my face even though i'm working out (I lose and gain fat on my face before my body). Any way I can prevent this? | /r/askTRP | 02/06/20 09:49 AM

Future WarningYou are correct, Unfollowed and removed just like that. Bitches ain’t shit. A man’s best friend is isolation. | /r/askTRP | 06/08/19 03:12 PM
Future WarningYou're right and no I don't think I'll be rushing into any kind of relationship after my last one, marriage is definitely not something I want till at least 30. And I do have an older sister and most of the shit I have heard my mum say about men is mainly about money. I do see middle eastern female's manipulative side through my sister as she has had 2 exes that she made cry on the phone with me directly opposite her and watching her trying to hide her laugh. Also they had spent heaps of money o… | /r/askTRP | 06/08/19 01:43 PM
Future WarningYeah definitely - By what I've seen, all middle eastern men are extremely dominant. They choose their wives based on family wealth, background with men (must always be a virgin) etc. We live in Australia and my dad is a business owner so he gets many calls from bankers etc, and when he is frustrated with someone, he shows it without giving a fuck about what gender they are. Most women I've seen him argue with are you usually shocked that he would talk to them the way he does. My dad has always b… | /r/askTRP | 06/08/19 01:27 PM
