Thanks for the advice! It's funny because it's always the first step, actually engaging in the conversation is the obstacle. After that it's just smooth sailing. I guess it's a fear of appearing weird and stumbling with words but how else am I going to get better. Your post made me hopeful!

Do you have advice on how to get out of my head and man up? I want to challenge myself and talk to random girls anywhere but I don't.

How do you know if you enjoy what you have now?

How do you know when you know the true nature of women, men and confidence?

No, metaphors are great if you understand them. It's not the detail about calling it goals or mission that I meant. If using your example with the walk in the woods, the point of it can vary right? Are you walking through the woods on the way to somewhere or are you just enjoying the walk? Whatever the point of it is the obstacles you described won't go away and whatever you call it it remains as it is. The point of life is to life fully and yes, thinking in black and white will not make it enjo…

The mission is your goals though? What will it change if you switch from pursuing your missions to pursuing goals?

Thank you for this post. Since discovering the red pill I've looked at sex as something attainable once you reach a certain level where you can be happy with yourself. But I view being happy with yourself as settling and you should always strive for improvement. Maybe it's time to acknowledge that women and sex are just a nice complement to your mission and not something you unlock once you reach a certain point. This is afterall another area where you can improve.

How do you know if you're doing self improvement for your own sake rather than others?

Is it dopamine-addiction if you constantly crave that you have fun or have something to do or think about? I remember in childhood I hated being bored and videogames were the ultimate solution to that. Now the side effects are showing and whilst doing shit that's important my head feels like it's craving fun. Is the solution to just power through the boredom and get things done before having fun? Or even better, replacing videogames with stuff like reading/drawing/instruments?

What achievements are needed for achievement based narcissism? Lately I've noticed that usually I worry about the outcome of different scenarios in life, but they usually turn out just fine if I do my best. Is that it, if the worry is turned into confidence?

If a parallel is made here and our current life is a game where after death it's gonna be new game +. Is our task then to live to our fullest so we can learn as much as possible and be as prepared for new game + ? Is religion just a prompt to act out life in some way?

In the moment as in the setting around us? What about dorky shit like what birds think about human music or what animal you would rather be?

I've been wondering, i grasp the idea of redpill and why it works but I'm yet to put it to practice. Why does it feel like it's wrong and somehow punishable to behave according to it, even though it's what makes far more sense as a man? Have I just been brainwashed and still am BP?

Yeah but If she's not attracted shouldn't you just move on? So until she decides she's attracted it should just be a casual and fun conversation?

So the less you let the girl know about you, the better? Should conversations with girls you're trying to pick up be filled with gaps that they fill themselves?

Is it oneitis if for fear of missing out on other girls, choosing the first one is hard? Feels like getting "locked in".

I'm faulty in what this post describes. It really is as easy as: if you don't practice it you won't get better. You can't learn how to play guitar by just reading tabs and not actually playing. Maybe this is the problem though with wanting to finish something before moving on. There is this thought that before I can practice game and talking to women, I have to reach a certain level of self-confidence through improving at everything else than game everyday. But when do you reach that day? Is it …

Is keeping your frame the same as leaning back and just going along for a ride and giving the girl a choice of tagging along by acting like you do this all the time?

This post was a nice wakeup call. You described precisely the thrill I got when reading these sorts of posts, they make you excited and make you think you're learning but most importantly is the DOING if you don't have experience. Now it's just a matter of not being a little bitch and start practicing but fuck me if that step doesn't feel enormous.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
