Glad therapy is working for you…id say it’s also important for men to have a “tribe” …other men you can connect with through activities, mutual interests and shared principles…it’s easier to be authentic when we’re not subconsciously trying to impress women

I also work in education. Women generally gossip more than men and it’s best not to partake. Always try to take the high road and try to encourage collaboration, reconciliation, etc. Basically be positive, constructive, and take accountability for your actions. You’ll be surprised how much further you get with that approach instead of badmouthing others.

Yeah, as an educator, I can say the problem is the system itself. Public education arose at a time when the West was industrializing and the need for a standardized workforce was in demand. The West has been de-industrializing for decades (late stage capitalism) but our education system still operates with an assembly line mentality. The best thing would be to turn education back over to families themselves and let parents and extended families educate their children, which would foster stronger…
