Simply, having way too much cynicism, which the redpill promotes, will ruin the bond

Romantic love is like hope. It can lead to deep disappointment if it fails, but it keeps one’s relationship going.

The general opinion among redpillers is “whoever controls sex, controls the relationship.” If a girl MAKES you wait, it’s suspicious.

Niceguys are just doing what every guy does get a woman - manipulate them into getting them into a relationship with them. They’re just so childish that they can’t handle rejections and have little self respect.

There is no “love.” Any intimacy a man gets with women is through status and earning his way there. As for neglecting single moms: 1) a potential divorcee is already a red flag 2) not raising someone else’s kid 3) high chance of her being an alpha widow

Men have more pressure to be successful than women to be beautiful. Popular culture pushes for body positivity mainly for women while men who are weak, wimpy, or shy are made out to be losers whose suffering is their own fault.

Who says men get sex if they really want it? And it’s not like women get it if they don’t want it. Unless you claim that the vast majority of sex women get is not consensual.

If there men who see women as mere objects, there too are women who see men as expendable fun and money machines. There is a much higher percentage and number of male virgins than female ones, so it’s pretty obvious who seeks and gets the opposite sex’s body.

The Hindus who say it’s accepted do so out of insecurity of being labelled patriarchal, misogynist etc. Reality is that many texts such as the smritis say it’s sinful. Vedas are the most authoritative, but of it is poetic or figurative, meaning it represents something else or has a deeper meaning that’s not literal. Our traditional marriage has a ritual called “kanyadaan” basically representing the maiden moving from her maternal family to in laws and the “kanya” in it means and implies the girl…

I had a South Korean friend tell me the same. This is actually concerning. Their TFR is like 0.7 (2.1 is replacement rate to put that into perspective). Overall, this is something that their society must address. Becoming MGTOW or incel is not the answer. Answer is to adapt and find ways to date, marry, and reproduce. Antidote to feminism is strong men who are charismatic and attractive yet also don’t back down.

The former, monogamy. My relationship would more valuable if I’m her only one and she’s my only one. Plus, there are a lot of ways to make oneself attractive, so looks are only a part of what makes future spouse high-value.

Oh I’m definitely no expert. In fact, I’m curious how you can so easily replace someone. I’m a young guy and virgin, so sex after marriage when it happens will be a big thing for me and if that bond breaks for whatever reason, it would be quite a scar. Is it different for women? How do you get so desensitized to it? The idea just comes across as shallow.

So… what’s the solution?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/09/22 05:17 AM

You assume I’m for men being promiscuous, which I’m not. Women and men with more partners in their lifetime will have less value for intimacy as it’s too easily replaceable for them, so there’s no real “love.” Idk how one can just quickly “get over” several partners after having sex with them. The whole idea seems so shallow to me. It’s like mini biological divorce. Yes, people have desires as young as teenage, but it cannot override practicality, it has to be controlled and channeled. There are…

2nd point is absolutely true. They don’t care and if men complain, they become weaker in women’s eyes.

there’s a reason women like men who gtow I’ve literally never asked a woman out nor did anything to improve my “game,” but that didn’t get any girls liking or asking me (unless it was secret in which case I’ll never know). If anything, my experience is that men have to pursue and to pursue means do things that will get success. It’s not “putting them on a pedestal.” It’s fulfilling a biological need.

Instead of personal attacks, could you point out what is it exactly that you have an objection to and why do you think it’s wrong?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/09/22 01:57 AM

No. Having a lot of partners de-sensitizes people to intimacy and weakens marriage.

Same man. I feel. I’ve never even tried out of that fear. I’ve seen my friends go through it and I’ve become really cynical of women overall though still try to be cordial. Maybe arranged marriage will carry for me, but even that has issues. A lot of people say just get desensitized to it, but that takes away the genuine feeling you have for a girl, which isn’t really healthy for relationships and married life later on. I don’t think I can really have feelings for a girl who I consider just anot…

It’s probably like 3-4, maybe 5 on average and skewed right because a smaller number of women have a really high no. of partners.

My guess is because of the fear that she might possibly one day be at the receiving end of it if it’s not controlled. Another possibility is a level of insecurity that her man might get into trouble or that she may lose his support if he’s injured/arrested.

I fall into a bunch of these camps I’m a virgin myself and in my culture it’s considered a serious taboo for a guy or a girl to get into any premarital relationship and it’s only fair for that standard to apply to the woman I’m marrying if I’ve followed it. Can be certain the child will be mine No chance of STDs I’d rather not have the girl moan someone else’s name Less likely to cheat on me since a girl with a high bodycount would be likely be desensitized to intimacy and not value it the way I…
