Thinking it has anything to do with gender or female privelge you mean? And then getting your pitchforks out because of it? Yes that's pretty stock standard incel stuff. Just like contesting a will is standard legal stuff.

This doesn't belojg in this sub. And yet it fits perfectly with incels. Curious

Nah Im fine with my own gender tyvm. Just not incels tarnishing it. Bit of a leap accusing me of white knighting when i literally just trashed the pro female equivalent. It's fair to say the fringe groups are usually fucking shite.

fucking of course this subreddit skims the underbelly of the top few pages of Reddit once donald trump subreddit is banned. Bunch of incels with nothing better to do. This sub does a better job of embarrassing me/men than /r/TwoXChromosomes does

Literally nobody ever said only men cheat. Fuck this victim mentality in this sub. Making normal men look like a bunch of damn fools by association.

If they are neither proven false nor true then they are de facto the same as the outcome of the court case. That's the POINT of a trial. Or am I misunderstanding you?? Also, police don't prove things. They collect the evidence and hand it to the prosecutor. The lawyers prove things. Many times the police may decide there is insufficiency of evidence. Other times the prosecutors may do that where the police have not. I'd imagine the overwhelming majority of false accusations die at this juncture.

I mean I'm not signing a petition for that. But I wouldn't sign a counter petition either ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The comparison was built on the very valid presupposition that for a case to make it to court, there is sufficiency of evidence and a similar one across the board. I won't go into why that is the case (at least in NZ) but it is. The source for this is the crown solicitors terms of office. Therefore you should expect similar conviction rates. And the fact there isn't indicates a flaw against women rather than in favour of. As for which ones are maybe fake... The evidence usually includes many peo…

What probably isn't captured there, and is very significant, is the number of unsuccessful convictions of sexual violence vs "regular" crime. That stat shows way more SV crimes don't result in a conviction, as a percentage. The inference being that you're less likely to be found guilty.

Countless because once get past "one or two" there are none left to count. As I said above, this is a case of hearing the outliers (which are so rare they are newsworthy) and not hearing about the hundreds of thousands of legit cases that happen every year that you never hear of. And then you think that one is more common than the other because you've heard of it. This is such a basic cognitive bias to fall victim to.

Not sure if you're referring to the justice system or not? If you are, there's a lot that goes on you clearly don't seem to appreciate. Only in extremely rare cases is it decided solely on that. And never on a he said she said basis. Edit: and when it IS decides on that, the accused is acquitted in 99-100% of cases.

While obviously in this case: fuck Amber heard Your comment is dangerously ignorant. There is no problem with the justice system (well, american system has always been a joke but even for this it ok). The problem is the court of public opinion and mob mentality. While the public takes lack of public statement as admission of guilt (when it shouldn't), the legal system absolutely does not. Abuse and sexual abuse cases resulting in a successful prosecution are something like 40% compared to someth…

No. No no no. You both put the lid and seat down. Lid contains the germs and smell (unless you clean the toilet every single day, there is a faint odour that persists unless lid is down). It also means all parties have to lift and drop for each visit. Just about as fair as possible

Wow the things you tell yourself. You guys just need to create your own version of me hey? Much easier pill to swallow when I'm who you want me to be. I probably had an abusive uncle! That's the only reason I could possibly be calling this sub out on being needy little boys.

Intimidation and coercion are not illegal; who told you that??? Edit: To add some clarity to my bare bones contradiction: Intimidation and coercion, at best are tools by which some people may commit things that actually are crimes. In much the same way that a car is a tool by which someone may speed. Speeding is illegal. Driving a car is not. If I deliberately intimidate someone, I may be guilty of assault but its not the intimidation that is the crime, its the threat or perceived threat of immi…

I have no qualms with feminism, but fuck that sub (based on OPs post) and definitely fuck the mod that pulled that shit. I think this sub is a bit... urgh... at times. But yeah, feeling safe is not a matter of public policy at all.

Accurate or not - I thought we all agreed that people on tumblr posting selfies of things they wrote on paper were not to be considered a credible citation. I mean fuck, this makes wikipedia look like the source code for life on earth.
