Becoming more physically attractive makes a MASSIVE difference. Don't let the lazy fat/pencil arms on here tell you other wise. Your game might still need work but if you're more attractive it'll be far easier. Think of it like making a product far better which makes the marketing efforts for it way easier. Too many guys here only focus on the marketing aspect

They come from uggos who half-assed the gym for a couple of months then are stuck on copium. Anyone who doesn't think women find muscles sexy af have never actually achieved becoming fit. There's a reason why male models and male strippers are jacked instead of dad bods and skinny pencil armed dudes

Of course it'll improve your success. Ignore this other hater dude. Being fit is universally more attractive

Luckily my place is still a good mix... but it is about 66% old people... but at least when I walk in as a good looking youngish dude the reactions I get make me feel like the bell of the ball. First girl I danced with looked like an Aztec goddess... then the next was an elderly widow who asked me to dance with her and I didn't want to be a dick so the trick is to snipe the hot girls first and try to avoid the oldies

Dance classes. I just went to one last week and it's basically a gym to get over approach anxiety

Yay! Congrats! No one "beats their anxiety" its an use it or lose it type thing so try to keep the momentum going. The nice thing about approaching is it's not personal or even a reflection of your value. You'll find that sometimes a girl will reject you and then a few minutes later a way hotter girl will be super interested in you

My game changer was that I look bad in photos but get checked out a ton in real life so I started using videos on apps instead of pics. People tend to look waaaay better in motion and more accurate to real life. Even cute girls look way better when you can see them in video from all angles. Attractive women I've dated from apps also say they got like 8k+ likes from just one app on their first week so keep in mind it literally is a numbers game and most women literally won't even see your profile…

I finally found the missing piece yesterday... find a social "gym" aka a place where it's expected to constantly interact with new women on a regular basis. I went to a dance class and it was like being in a middle school dance again expect I was bell of the fucking ball this time... but seriously it was great because it's not for pickup or dating... purely 100% social and teaches you that people normally approach and talk to each other. I've put so much effort in my physical appearance that pas…

You're making it awkward for me to have to be the one to break the bad news to you about your appearance 😬

What do you mean "influencer"? The first girl I dated for multiple months from tinder was an Instagram model with almost 70k followers and was in the top rankings of onlyfans if that's what you mean

Yes! This stuff always gets downvoted to hell but it's 100% true. Clothing is by far the least important aspect of physical appearance. I've been back and forth between being fat and ugly and being sexy before. When I was fat I completely invisible whether I wore nice clothes or not. Now that I'm attractive I get a TON of attention from women whether I'm dressed up fancy to go clubbing, in a t-shirt and comfy shoes when I'm hungover, or in gym clothes looking like a sweaty mess after a fitness c…

You realize that the attractive guys usually are often confident and funny too right? Sounds like how unattractive women cope about men being shallow for only liking pretty girls... even though attractive women also have great personalities, etc. You said 8s and above don't approach guys which simply isn't the truth.

I'm not sure wtf i just read but sounds like.... you paid a stripper for a lapdance... how is that relevant to this subreddit at all

It's like back when the tech job market was amazing a few years ago before the collapse. Im an engineer and would get at least a dozen companies desperately reaching out to try to hire me per week.... Why only work for a company that reaches out to you first if you know you're in demand you'd want to apply to other places too. Sure you can choose from the women who approach first but why limit it to that? Same with how attractive women approach because why would they only wait for the small subs…

If you're attractive you still need to approach because most women won't approach in general... but honestly last year when I got back into game and had a new glowup I worked on my physical appearance so much while still having terrible approach anxiety that one weekend I literally started getting approached a ton of times before I did any approaches... so technically you can just improve your appearance enough until girls approach you... but you'll be missing out on the ones who don't approach

Lol not true at all. Tell me your unattractive without telling me. I don't consider myself a "chad" but I do get tons of attention from women and get approached very often when I go out to bars and nightclubs etc. From personal experience at least 80% of the people who approach me are the super attractive women (so the 8+ crowd) because they have the confidence to know they have a good chance of most guys being interested in them. In their world the dudes who approach them are the confident ones…

She does the "alien smile" (that's what I call it). After I became attractive it took me a while to realize that women were approaching/hitting on me and not just randomly talking to me. If she does the alien smile you'll know she finds you sexy and is trying to hit on you. It's when women hold their smile waaaay to big and waaay too long until it almost feels creepy like an alien trying to blend in by smiling for the first time. So they'll basically do the same approach advice that guys get and…

It's impossible to know ahead of time... but funny story I once worked up the nerve to approach a cute girl waiting outside a convenience store and after I took the first step towards her then her MASSIVE boyfriend who was like a foot taller than me and was walking 2 giant junk yard looking dogs walks out lmao the fear I felt was valid on that one... but normally that doesn't happen

Mostly weight loss. But I also got a better hair style. I had previously been pretty muscular already so I just needed to lose fat. I also have a dope skin care regiment

This is the exact reason why new years resolutions almost never work for most people. There's a massive difference between learning how to do something and actually making it a permanent lifestyle change. The coaches for fitness or pickup bootcamps all say that they often see the same repeat customers over and over again because if you don't actually keep implementing those new things into your life then you'll lose them. "Self improvement" is extremely important because ugly people with zero va…

Society is funny that they ask why men don't approach women anymore... while simultaneously also constantly complaining about how creepy and annoying it is for women to get approached. Women don't talk about the times the hot cool guy approached them and they gave them their number... they just talk about the negative experiences so most guys assume their approach will also be viewed as annoying and creepy

Lmfao.... bro so many times when I was in the early stages of seeing a new girl who seemed like a good girl and I felt guilty about talking with other chicks she ended up ending things or she was already seeing other dudes

We all need to only use olone dating a passive thing and check it once in a while. In real life is infinitely more effective it's just feels way safer to stick to apps. Edit: if you makes you feel better on the dating subreddit there's countless posts of women also complaining about this and apps in general. So it's something everyone who uses them goes through

Lol I hear ya. It all depends on the girl and how serious she is to go on dates at the moment. Like applying for jobs on LinkedIn... some companies will interview you ASAP... and others (even if they are less than what you are capable of) will drag their feet and be annoying. I've had very avg type girls do that and cancel and unmatch last minute or continue to make excuses about being "busy". I've also matched with and went on dates with literally models and girls so hot that they get their ins…

It takes a while to get used to it. I'm attractive but had ugly duckling syndrome so I'm still insecure AF. I had a big glowup last year and it felt like I freaky Friday'd into the body of a celebrity or something. The amount of attention I got was insane and the quality of women that would stare at me and approach me to hit on me felt like an outerbody experience because they seemed so insanely out of my league... but they weren't... they were literally the ones checking me out and approaching …

Thanks bro and happy cake day! It's complicated "how long it took". I'm 34 now. I was a skinny kid with "ugly duckling syndrome" until I started hitting the gym super hard at 18/19 and I got super jacked in my early 20s... then I kind of fell off track and would go years without effort and got fat and then went back and lost the weight multiple times. Mostly apathy and mental health issues especially during the covid lockdown era when all the social life got shut down in my town. Had a massive s…

Broo I was just about to do a post on this. The extreme example of this happened to me on Sunday and I'm still kicking myself over it. I'm not trying to humble brag but I want to make a point. I just lost the rest of my winter weight so I've been looking sexy af and getting lots of female attention. It was a perfect spring day in the major city that I live in and I'm walking around getting checked out/stared at/making eye contact with countless women so my ego and confidence are sky high... But …

I've been funny enough to attract women out of my league since high school back when I had ugly duckling syndrome. (I wasn't fat but I was physically attractive). Now I've been fat and fit back and forth multiple times and being fat sucks. Being in shape like I am now and being physically attractive is a million times better. I've been there... I understand the mental health and addiction issues that cause weight gain. But for the love of god stop eating and get some exercise. Being hot hits so …

I get approached a lot and 99% of girls make it super awkward. Honestly just tell the guy you think he's attractive and wanted to shoot your shot. And actually contribute to the conversation and don't just stand there smiling and twirling your hair like they all do

I get cold approached by girls all the time. It's normal. Humans are allowed to talk to each other. But it does suck how society tries to shame us for it. Even though I get approached a lot a part of me still feels nervous and almost guilty for approaching... even though I've had several times where I saw a hot girl, wanted to approach her, chickened out... and then the same girl approached me later

Same boat. I'm 34 and had an absurd glow up last year. Most girls guess I'm 23 or 24 and don't care that I'm 34. I have some impressive wins in my past but now it's getting even better... I literally had a date with a chick who modeled for L'Oréal Paris a few weeks ago

I'm 34 and got lots of attention in my early 20s but I get waaaay more now. Out of curiosity do you also have a "baby face" i always looked too young for my age so I think me aging a bit helped to balance it out

Yay! I'm 34 and was a good looking dude in my early 20s. I get more attention now from all ages than I did in my 20s. Hopefully that trend continues for another decade

I was going through mental health problems and got fat and bloated in my late 20s and thought I was too old to get female attention like I used to in my early 20s... but turns out I was just fat and once I took care of myself and put effort into my appearance again at 33 I started getting waaaay more attention than I did in my younger years. Luckily as guys we can stay physically attractive longer. But full disclosure I have good genes for looking young since both my parents look a lot younger t…

Because women don't need "rizz" to seduce a guy... they need to be physically attractive and that's all. I get approached by girls a lot and trust me they are far more awkward and have less rizz than the avg dude has. The avg girl who approaches me basically asks a useless question like "where's the nearest Starbucks " at 2 am and then just stands there with a large smile twirling her hair and contributing nothing rizz worthy to the conversation

Lol.o remember one of the pua coaches back in the day said he had a "trinary system": he wouldn't hookup with them, or he would hookup with them, or he'd hookup and then brag about it to his friends

I went on a date about a month ago with a girl from a dating app who just recently got into modeling and did a photo shoot for L'Oréal Paris recently and it was intimidating af... plus dudes came up to hit on her CONSTANTLY throughout the night. I guess I'm technically attractive enough but psychologically it was stressful

I got shit results on dating apps... but got checked out and approached constantly in real life... problem was i look terrible in 2d so I started taking videos to upload to hinge and that changed my fortunes on the apps

This is 100% true! I've been in and out of pickup for ages and everytime I get back into it i make the mistake of trying to be "perfect" by looksmaxxing as the kids say. And then I still am socially awkward and spend too much time feeling amazing just walking around getting checked out constantly while vibing to dope tunes on my headphones... without doing approaches

Not sure about what qualifies as "high profile" but a few of my more impressive women from my portfolio of girls I dated: went to prom with the head cheerleader I dated a girl who I eventually found out had almost 70k followers on Instagram and was in the top 5% of onlyfans (that's literally how I first discovered onlyfans lol). She never knew that i knew. Her pics were used as countless fake bot profiles and she even had a fan subreddit dedicated to her. I remember one time she had just posted …
