Are you showing sexual intent? what you say doesn't matter necessarily, it is the way you say it. if you give the girl an ambiguous statement with a cocky or sexual undertone it is often more powerful than just talking to them. Make them aware through your actions that you are flirting with them, rather than just talking to them as a friend would.

I suppose it depends on how fundamental a change you are talking about. If you are looking to change your behavior, change your circumstances, namely who you surround yourself with. Rollo Tomassi talks about this when he says one of the easiest life changing actions is to exercise. it changes the way people look at and act toward you, creating a positive feedback loop. it also changes your mental state through testosterone, serotonin and endorphin release. yes we can.
