Hold on If you're planning on breaking up with her by age 24 or 25 to go mess around You might as well break up with her now On the other hand, I do not think you should break up with her unless there are legitimate reasons. For instance a clash of values, morals, priorities, her past, etc. If it is truly a happy relationship, then it is probably a case of "the grass is greener on the other side".

Don't cut Do microcuts and microbulk This way you'll get "noobie gains" whilst melting off some fat. Stick to conventional movements (deadlift, bench, squat) as your foundation , then build up your routine

In my experience Keto is great for removing most of the fat whilst retaining most (if not all) of your muscle mass, which is what you want. Cyclic/targeted keto is great too for longer term micro bulk/microcuts which is what I do

I did gi for about a year but felt that it was too slow (at least the school I was at... Felt "watered down") I transitioned to a no gi school, and do that now. I learn more here (more techniques in a shorter amount of time). Some techniques/strategies are more complex in my opinion which can be a pro and a con in comparison to the gi. I'm 6'-0", 205 lbs fluctuating between 9-12% bf... I find it very hard to train hard and do explosive grappling in the same day by the end of the week. I also do …

When confronting a person with a knife -- run. You will get cut When confronting a person with a gun-- close the distance to control the gun (obviously depends on situation) . As far as normal fights go without weapons, Brazilian jiu jutsu is phenomenal to start off with in the MMA world (since you don't get beat up but is effective). Then you can gradually transition into other combat sports when/if you are comfortable. For weightlifting-- stick to the classic movements as baseline (squat, dead…

You know what's the fucked up thing Men can't test (to determine) if they have hpv. Good news is you can get vaccinations for the high risk hpv strains Use condoms lads

Drink some amino acids they will help hydrate you and recover as well.. You cannot eat bananas on keto unless you are doing something very specific ( targeted or cyclic keto with a workout routine)

How did you find out or get her to admit If you knew why didn't you just break up without hearing her story?

You were born alone and you will die alone. Even your own shadow leaves in times of darkness. Get comfortable with your own presence.

You need to get to a level where individuals are like " oh shit, I don't want fuck with this guy " know your ABCs (always be chasing.... Money, gains, knowledge, etc. ...Not women though) In essence increase smv, have a goal (this way you focus and don't think about that negative shit and fuck the haters) and everything else will follow suit Also, you shouldn't ever compare yourself to other people, you need to compare yourself to your past self --> always be improving Hope I helped

You sure it is the girlfriend and not other factors in your life? Do you take preworkout? This could be a potential issue as well I found that I worked out the hardest when I thought of something absolutely primal. For instance a situation where it's potential life or death. For me, I've broke my hand on ppl trying to mug me. For others it's maybe gunpoint, or self defense. That shot of adrenaline is addicting for sure Good luck

For your 2nd portion of the question, It is more powerful to show and not "say" For instance In other words, you want her to be interested? Show that you are doing interesting/badass things --> street races, hiking/traveling, investments, beach vball?, etc. Potentially, use social media as a tool (Snapchat or Instagram?) but beware
