Look dude your alimony payments are just a small slice of a greater issue we're talking about. You're not interested even in acknowledging where we agree, you just wanna nitpick at the details and turn a debate about general feminism into divorce court. I'm done, you can leave with a winning feeling.

And you're right about this, believe me this is our agreeing point. But the causes of the injustices are patriarchy based, and radical matriarchal leaning activism is often guilty of acting like their oppressors by seeking to merely overthrow patriarchy in favour of matriarchy. My solution would be a coalesce between the two that deemphasizes the relevance of gender, but not to the point that we ignore things like maternity and birth control issues which are sex sensitive issues when it comes to…

It cuts both ways because the letter of the law is gender neutral, it's my understanding that we agree that this ought to be (why we are still arguing is anyone's best guess). Now, as pertaining the injustices which you and this forbes article are alluding to points back to the original reason why this woman is holding up that sign in total ignorance of feminist history. I apologize for going all ad hominem on you and her here, but your outrage at injustice is short-sighted because you both don'…

Is it maybe because men make more money than women? You show me the data but it ignores several factors of causation. I also love when people site Forbes as a source which asks me to turn off my adblock so it can inundate me with its true purpose in life, advertizing. Also this article you gave me, centers around men refusing alimony out of pride because of social norms and shame, although it does mention that men are awarded less time and rewards, the tone of the article seems to be exaggerated…

Alimony can cut both ways, it did for my mother... it seems your opinion here may be coloured by events too personal to have a bird's eye view on this issue.

Like the amount of proportional time you're awarded by law is inversely proportional to how much of a piece of shit you're not being.

I don't think you read what I said, cause I'm in favour of the child going to the one who's proven themselves the more enriching provider, regardless of gender or sex.

Getting serious, this is perhaps because the more politically active or even aggressive ones are also gonna contain more radical, since libertarian feminists had their big political mobilization when their ideas were more left from central (now they are very central but being pushed back/the movement is regaining some of the radicalism(the shushing of Elizabeth Warren)). In the end however, I think some of difference feminism must be considered along with classic egalitarian feminism because we …

That statement 'i dont need feminism' is followed by a position in feminism. Most and the most classic feminism is equality or libertarian feminism. Another version of feminism subscribes to entitlement and its much rarer.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
