15	Green flags for relationships with women? I appreciate that perspective, thank you! The biggest reason I left those friendships was that they were toxic in a lot of different ways, the ones that involved women also just happened to involve pickmes, I should have made that more clear. And I totally get what you’re saying about the jealously aspect as well. When I’m referring to HVW, I’m referring to more than just FDS values. 11	Trauma will keep you in a loop of your past Doing your research on different types of therapies is a good place to start - and recognizing that your needs can change over time. When I started my mental health journey, I started with DBT therapy, which was what I needed at that time. As my health improved over time, I’ve transitioned to finding that CBT therapy is more effective for me.
