Toxic masculinity isn't a theory, it's not what this sub seems to think it is in that masculinity = toxic. Sure some outlying idiots probably think that, who cares, there'll always be idiots. It's talking about stuff that can be toxic, like being told not to cry and toughen up and shit. If you made a post condemming everything that toxic masculinity believers do, you'd be praised here but if you suddenly bundelled that same message under "toxic masculinity" you'd be downvoted. Purely because nob…

How is this relevant to this sub? All the comments that are popular there are making fun of the attackers for their stupidity, which is funny

Actually a lot of this sub has become literally that, people onlybringing up mens issues in light of women talking about theirs. But nobody likes to talk about the dark side of this sub, sexist weirdos who brigade other subs for absolutely no reason, giving thisentire sub a bad rep.

"...intentionally penetrates the vagina, anus or mouth of another person (B) with his penis;" is their legal definition of rape under the sexual offences act of 2003. So in the UK a woman cannot legally rape a man,

This sub has literally devolved into circle-jerking hate on women and feminism in general rather than good quality substance like, i don't know... mens rights. Everyone just brigades other subs, posts their guaranteed ban message here, and prolongs the circle jerk.

Good fucking progress isn't it, going out brigading subs we all KNOW are fucked, to then tarnish the name because these people, however fucked their workdview, talk to each other. News goes between subs and before you know it, the name of this sub has negative connotations. Which it DOES. Fighting to stop stupidity and you became the very thing you swore to destroy my guy..

What is with the people in this subreddit jerking off the "LOOK LOOK These other subreddits that are known for having questionable worldviews, have questionable worldviews!" Going out and attacking others, because they have questionnable worldviews, in other subreddits, is cringe and will naturaly give this subreddit a terrible name. Or, more terrible than it already has, it makes 90% of everyone here seem like a child. Can we keep it to nice, civil discussion on THIS subreddit with nice statist…

Dam the mysogyny sub was banned thank god, that sub existed in the depths of reddit for far too long, I wonder how long this one will last

Also seems like the image next to the false rape accusations title is ironically body-shaming

I don't get their message here? Perhaps just a very poorly executed way of saying how fathers are so selfless they'll help their daughters / wives thus making the day 'her' day??

Subject aside, what kind of professor will write a personal letter to all of those who choose to write against the points they make? This could be on any topic polticial or not, they'd still be a trashy professor

What the hell is the issue with this post? Just a girl being funny saying how lazy she was that day? Most of the posts on this sub are becoming not (blatant sexism) but rather (normal post that could be sexist if someone saw it the wrong way)
/r/MensRights20/04/20 08:56 AM

We can say 'what about' to basically everything, can we focus this post on this article that, if true, is tremendouslly good? As it is I bet other subs will see it as us protesting the dick pic ban

I've spent some time on that Sub, some of the posts I do consider toxic but I remain there not so much for commenting on eveything, but the fact that a lot of their members seem genuinly nice, I recall a post talking about how men can avoid false rape accusations with the vast majority saying how disgusting it is girls do that. So yeah, some toxic people, fair amount of nice ones - my own personal experience

I do notice some people on this sub generalsie and hate on women and others, I do speak out against it when I see it, I'm only one man however I'm doing the best I can,

That's such an insulting and generalisng comment, complete misandry and disgusting

no need for woman bashing, that's why so many consider the sub toxic, we can point out individuals but don't bring the sub to the verge of incel territory

I have noticed a few posts / comments here that have been invaded by fringe groups of lads hell bent on hating women and all that, but basically every sub has insane people that don't reflect the general views of the entire group

I'm completely for mens rights, i've been in this sub for ages, I am simply pointing out the reasoning behind this, I even said my views on it at the start, I disagree in it but I can see their points of view. Women are allowed to do that, just as men are allowed to do whatever they want in front of a mirror or take their time or whatever. I still disagree in this as a solution to the bathroom issues though, I think they should have men and womens, if they're so concered over effeciency, add in …
/r/MensRights14/01/20 11:42 PM

I think it sucks, but I've finally understood their reasoning, men go through the bathroom so much quicker than women, so in areas where suitable, they create this, as a sort of 'most effecient fix' to reduce their bathroom lines by as many people as they can on average

The word terrorism has been thrown about so much recently that everyone thinks it's some synonym for abuse or whatever. If it's not in pursuit of political purposes, it's not terrorism.

India is getting a lot better and are really focusing on gender equality as of recently, I've seen a few articles and stories on it all.

To be fair though, the first example guy was called an asshole since he's charging her when he is more than fine by himself, he stated he likes putting her rent money into his own pocket for some savings, I can't compare since the second is removed.

Also have to mention how the people commenting are completely different, so it's hard to prove the inconsistency with this. Even though I do believe their is massive sexism in these sorts of posts against both men and women.

I completely agree that it was removed. You guys defend it through its overwhelming support but the purpose of that sub is memes, it was not, doing what you're suggesting has just ruined previous subs. I really see a lot of people insulting physical characteristics of men and women when they disagree with them or their beliefs, and then they turn around for body positivity when it suits then and all..

For everyone saying Google will do nothing: "That led to Google paying $9.7 million to adjust pay for 10,677 employees". This came after, in 2017, women reported the company for being sexist against women, Google counteracted this by saying they didn't account for other factors, like experience, etc... This adjustment was made purely in result to the findings in their pay disparity results. It's not clear on the percentage of men and women who were apart of this adjustment. The New York Times, a…

Despite your incredibly toxic and sexist beliefs, it is pretty laughable how you hate men so much that you consistently post about how you hate them. And get downvoted each and every time. Clearly nobody is validating your beliefs, go visit r/GenderCritical, they are clearly your kind of people.
