Too many rules, but I agree with a lot of this. Letting a woman talk, while staring into her eyes and not interrupting her. Then asking follow on questions, and relating what she said to something in your life. While only speaking 20% of the time. People want to be heard - give them a platform and you’ll win them... That is what women want...
