I didn’t say anything because this was the first time I heard a teacher say this, so i was initially surprised, but if my teacher plans on pushing this “patriarchy” then I’ll simply push back.

My teacher told my entire class(10th grade) that the patriarchy exists because the super wealthy are all men and men throughout history kept women as pets.

That’s not true, a lot of smart people have made it in life without school and some people can’t even afford to go to school but still make a living for themselves and if memorizing useless shit makes you smart then they are very few smart people in the world.

That small subset at the very top of this "patriarchy" is filled with rich men AND women who use everyone below them for personal gain. And men die on a daily basis to make sure everything in this damned country works yet your shaming those same people and labeling them as monsters of society that "use" women while you use the technology they maintain to shame them. Also while men are on the top we are also at the very bottom and that isn't the "patriarchy's" fault that's the fault of a few indi…

Yes it's still assault, most men are just ignorant of when they are getting taken advantage of.

"No. They really don't. Every Single Woman you have ever met has multiple harassment and sexual assault experiences. From "mild" to severe. Do you genuinely think that every single man has been sexually assaulted? Most can count the the number of times they've been flirted with on one hand. Some women can rack up that same count on a walk to the store." You said that "Do you think that every single man has been sexually assaulted" to which I replied yes, what's the problem can't read? Also how i…

Yes, every man I have ever met has experienced some form of sexual assault and most don't even realize it, hell I've been sexually assaulted on numerous occasions before I realized men can and probably will experience some form of sexual assault in their lifetime. Assault and rape frequently happen to men and you refuse to acknowledge this fact.

"If you don't have sex with me I'll call the cops and said you raped me" situations like what I just wrote happen all the damn time so I don't know what your talking about.

If women can rant about all men being pigs and we should all just die for the "betterment of the world", then men who have been through worse situations than you'll ever experience can rant as well, don't see the problem.
