1	Supporting women Here's the perspective I'm constantly waiting to have to deliver when using unisex public workplace bathrooms . The toilet seat should always be up. Why? Because despite how good a man thinks his aim is, there is always going to be splashback - sometimes just from the power of the flush. Further, in the real outside world of public restrooms (bars, clubs, restaurants, etc)women will often do the hover which has the same effect.
