2	Do not mistake pleasure for happiness. I like the saying "A cookie today or two cookies tomorrow". A cake is like the low hanging fruit. Sure, you can pursue the minimum-effort pleasures, but after some time you'll get saturated and start feeling empty. Go for the longer lasting pleasures, the one that come from knowing you've done a good job at something you work, or by running a 5K, or lifting something heavy.
