4	I am on the verge of a panic attack. That's a really insightful way to address the issue: "I miss the woman I married..." Because she will never come back. She evolved, in a bad way, and I think it's very difficult (impossible, maybe?) to revert this. Move on, OP. It's painful, but necessary. We often choose to stay in a toxic relationship out of fear of many things. Some of these things are not true. Some are, but you will overcome them. You will suffer, but the pain will subside.
